Since1988, the Group has set up the production plant inChina. It invested more than RMB 100million in the existing production enterprise, Fortune Mile Package andPrintingLTd.which is located in Tangxia Town, Dongguan City. The plant has theself-built factory buildings of over40,000 m2, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The companyfocuses on innovative management concepts, actively bears social responsibilities, continuously takes the connotation of corporate culture further, consistently adheres to integration with the internationalcommunity and keeps pace with the world technology. It implements 7S management throughout the plant, to comprehensivelyimprove the quality and environmental management system, continuously perfect the processes, reduce defects, prevent pollution, enhance quality, save energy and reduce consumption, thus meeting customer requirements to the greatest extent.
工欲善其事，必先利其器！我們持續不斷地引進先進的生產設備，先後購置了曼羅蘭900五色全張印刷機、曼羅蘭700六色UV印刷機、曼羅蘭700五色印刷機、曼羅蘭700四色印刷機、曼羅蘭700雙色雙面印刷機多臺，BOBST全自動燙金機、全自動UV機、全自動裱紙機，並建立了先進的顏色管理系統及確保印刷品質的FORGA標準。併購進了專業的品質管控儀器，確保產品品質及交期穩定。
A handy tool makes a handy man! We continuously introduce advanced production equipment. For example, we successively purchased many printing presses, including ROLAND 900 five-color full-size printing press, ROLAND 700 six-color UVprinting press, ROLAND 700 five-color printing press, ROLAND700four-color printing press and ROLAND 700 two-color double-sided printing press. We also purchased BOBST full-automatic gilding press, full-automatic UVcuring machine, full-automatic paper laminating machine, and establishedadvanced color management system and FORGA standard to ensure printing quality.In addition, we purchased the professional quality control instruments toensure the product quality and delivery time.
