嫌疑人親媽都看不下去了，稱自己女兒是「惡魔」，還要與她斷絕母女關係。
之前我們曾報導過一對對9周大親生兒子痛下毒手的父母。如今英媒又爆出一個做出類似獸行的母親，不但將分別三歲和16個月大的女兒殘忍殺害，還把兩個孩子生前穿的衣物放到網上售賣。而這背後的原因更是令聞者震驚與憤怒。A mother who murdered her two young daughters 18 days apart after they 「got in the way」 of her living the life she wanted has been jailed for at least 32 years.
因為兩個年幼的女兒「妨礙」她過自己想要的生活，這位母親謀殺了她們，前後相距18天。目前她已被判入獄至少32年。
Louise Porton, 23, killed Lexi Draper, three, and 17-month old Scarlett Vaughan last year. Both deaths were consistent with deliberate airway obstruction, and doctors could not find 「any natural reason why either, let alone both, should have died」, prosecutors said.

《衛報》的這篇還比較克制，雖然題目點明是因為女兒「妨礙」了她的情愛生活，在文中卻選擇了更隱晦的表達：「妨礙」她過自己想要的生活。那麼，她想要過的生活是什麼樣的生活？《每日郵報》就沒有那麼克制了。題目直言不諱稱她是妓女（prostitute），正文裡更是在第一句道明原因：礙著她的兩性生活了。A prostitute mother who cruelly murdered her two young children for getting in the way of her sex life has been condemned as a 'monster' by her own mother.
一妓女母親殘忍地殺害了兩個年幼的孩子，只因她們妨礙了自己的性生活。如今她被自己的母親譴責是「惡魔」。
Devastated grandmother Sharon said she would never forgive 'evil' daughter Louise Porton for suffocating her two girls Lexi Draper, three, and Scarlett Vaughan, 16 months, and also hit out at social services for missing 'clear warning signs'.

據庭審信息，波頓在約會軟體上自稱模特，會給網友發去裸照，還提供有償性服務。After the second attempt, she dialled 999 to report the child having a fit but paramedics arrived to find Lexi in a 'deep state of unconsciousness'.
第二次嘗試後，她撥打了999，稱孩子身體不適，但醫護人員趕到時發現萊克西處於「深度昏迷狀態」。
During that hospital admission, jurors in the four-week trial heard Porton sent one man a topless photo from a bathroom and agreed to participate in sex acts during a photoshoot if the photographer paid cash into her bank account.
陪審員在為期四周的審判中發現，那次住院期間，波頓向一名攝影師發送了一張在(醫院)衛生間拍的裸露上身的照片，並答應如果對方打錢過來，她會在拍攝期間與之發生性行為。
Prosecutor Oliver Saxby QC said during the same period, the mother also passed her number to a hospital security guard and went on to exchange 87 messages with him.

什麼樣的媽媽能做出如此舉動？實在是想不出來詞語來形容了。But that night, with Scarlett dying in the back seat of her car, Porton was filmed on CCTV stopping to fill up her car with petrol as she drove the child to hospital.
但是那天(2018年2月1日)晚上，斯嘉麗在汽車後座上死去，監控視頻拍到波頓在開車送孩子去醫院的路上停下來給汽車加油。
She later pulled over in a retail park and dialled 111 to report concern for her 'sleeping' child.
後來，她在購物中心停下車，撥打了111，稱她有點擔心她「睡著」的孩子。
A paramedic dispatched to the scene described Scarlett's body as 'freezing' and 35 minutes later the toddler was pronounced dead at University Hospital in Coventry.

「My children were never an inconvenience to me and I accommodated my lifestyle and personal life around them. I still don’t know how my daughters died, or what caused it.」

但搜索記錄洩露了她的真實意圖。法庭稱，波頓在網際網路上搜索了有關死亡、呼吸和溺水的「陰險」(sinister)信息，還仔細研究了屍體冷卻需要花多長時間。女孩衣服僅售20英鎊。可送貨。

更有網友披露，波頓還在臉書上惺惺作態地發貼緬懷自己的女兒。@Christine South：我輕易不怎麼被驚到，但她這簡直是太噁心太震驚了。

看到這裡，有人可能會問：這怕是得了精神病吧，不然常理根本無法解釋。法官否認了這一點。The judge told the court Porton had "no medical history or mental disorder that goes any way to explaining what happened in this case".
法官說，波頓「沒有任何病史或精神障礙，可以用來解釋這起案件中發生的任何事」。
She added: "One way or another you squeezed the life out of each of your daughters, only calling the emergency services when you knew they were dead.
她補充道：「不管哪種方式，你都剝奪你女兒的生命，還在確認她們已經死了之後才打電話給緊急服務部門。」
"I am sure at the time of the deaths, you intended to kill each of your daughters. Why you did so, only you will know."

很多網友說，波頓的惡行即使判死刑也不足為惜。
看到這樣的案件，我覺得應該支持死刑。
很遺憾我們這兒沒有注射死刑。
但也有人反對，認為死刑太便宜她了。
Death is too good for people like her. She deserves solitary confinement and no sunshine ever again in life. She can have her 1 hour of outside time at midnight. Even the moon is too good for her.
死刑太便宜她了。她應該被單獨監禁，生活中再也照不到陽光。她可以在午夜有1小時的戶外時間。即使是月光對她來說也太好了。
這種案子應該判終身監禁，永無假釋機會。
她咋就不能把她們送到領養機構去呢？肯定有很多有愛感情又穩定的夫婦願給這兩個女兒一切...而且還會慷慨地支付她一大筆錢！
Some people should not be allowed to have children. If you’re either a woman or a man and want to live a promiscuous lifestyle, do yourself a favor and get some sort of semi permanent or permanent birth control. There are many options for both men and women now days, and most costs can be reduced or waived if someone is low income.
有些人不應該被允許生孩子。不管你是男是女，如果想過糜爛的生活，那就行行好，採取某種半永久或永久性的節育措施。現在男人和女人都有很多選擇，如果是低收入群體，大多數花費還可以減免。
