前幾天刷微博熱搜,一會看到「鄧超力挺baby」,一會又看到「王祖藍力挺baby」,還在疑惑發生了什麼事情。原來,Angelababy因為在《奔跑吧》節目中因被「特殊優待」遭到網友嘲諷「玩不起」。
在節目中,Angelababy和沙溢、鄭愷一同進行比賽。遊戲規則是如果有人說了某個特定的關鍵詞、或者是做了某個特定的動作,就會觸動懲罰機制,懲罰方式是被潑水,或被彈椅彈到身後的遊泳池裡。
而引發網友嘲諷baby的原因就是她明明多次提到觸發懲罰機關的關鍵詞,卻沒有受到相應的懲罰,只被潑了一次水。
對此baby發微博回應稱自己當時是生理期第一天,比較難受。

但仍有許多網友認為,既然拿了那麼高的片酬就應該付出,生理期不是藉口。
說到生理期和敬業的問題,就想起2016年里約奧運會上的的中國洪荒少女傅園慧,在接受記者採訪時坦言自己來例假了。

It was a poignant moment for many Chinese viewers, who took to social media to express their support for her.
許多中國網友深受觸動,紛紛在社交媒體上表達了對她的支持。
"I really admire Fu Yuanhui, for swimming while she was on her period - women can be affected during their periods, especially with period pain... she felt guilty for coming fourth, but Fu Yuanhui we’re still very proud of you," user TAO wrote on Sina Weibo.
新浪微博用戶TAO表示:「我真的很敬佩傅園慧生理期還去比賽遊泳。女性會受到生理期的影響,尤其是痛經的話……中國隊拿了第四,她很內疚。但是傅園慧,我們依然為你驕傲。」
相比男性,女性每月的生理期的確非常令人困擾,疼痛程度因人而異,有人毫無感覺,有人卻痛到痙攣、嘔吐。
痛經到底有多痛呢?BBC曾採訪過一位職場女士:
I suffer from severe period pain and every month post a picture on my social media accounts showing a woman tied to an invisible cross with arrows stuck into her stomach. It always get a lot of "likes" because it vividly visualises what many women suffer during their period.
我忍受著強烈的生理期疼痛,所以每月都會在社交媒體上上傳一張亂箭穿腹的照片,顯示女性的無形痛苦。由於圖片生動形象的體現了女性在生理期的感受,總能引得許多人點讚。
I always get a heavy feeling and stomach cramps the night before my period starts. And when I wake up, the pain that accompanies the menstruation is so unbearable that I always imagine myself grabbing my intestines and tearing them out of my body, or cutting them out with a pair of scissors. I feel like vomiting.
在例假到來的前一夜,我的反應都很強烈,小腹痙攣疼痛,它是如此難以忍受,我會被疼醒,常常幻想我能將腸子揪出來扔出去,或者找一把剪刀剪斷它們,甚至噁心想吐。

那麼,女性生理期應不應該受到特殊照顧呢?很多國家和企業都實行了生理假期制度,允許女性生理期帶薪休假。2016年,我國安徽省就曾發布消息:
According to the Anhui provincial government, from March, female workers may take a paid menstrual leave for one or two days on production of a certificate from a legal medical institute or hospital.
根據安徽省政府消息,從今年3月起,女性員工在生理期只要出示醫療機構或者醫院的痛經證明就可以帶薪休假一到兩天。
然而,三方相關人員—員工,僱主和醫療機構都覺得這個事情很難恰當處理,該政策難以落實。
However, more than 20 percent of the investigated females were unwilling to take leave for various reasons, such as exposing their private affairs and causing delays in work.
然而,由於種種原因,超過20%的被調查的女性不願採取休假,如暴露自己的私事,或者延誤工作等。
Employers also revealed a sense of pressure if they are required to grant paid menstrual leaves. A hotel manager in Beijing said that besides female workers』 health, an employer also has to consider operational costs. Paid leave will add to the cost of a company, which will make employers hesitant to hire female workers in the future. Besides, it’s difficult to judge if the employee is really sick or just cashing in on being a woman.
一些僱主也對經期帶薪休假表示稍有壓力。北京一位酒店經理說道,除了員工的身體健康問題,我們還需要考慮酒店運行成本。經期帶薪休假會增加公司的成本,同樣也會使僱主將來不願意招聘女員工。此外,很難判斷員工是真的身體不適還是憑藉自己是女性而渾水摸魚。
As for doctors, there are also problems, because it’s difficult to evaluate the degree of menstrual pain an individual woman might suffer. Tan Xianjie, a gynecologist of the Peking Union Medical College Hospital, said that, due to a lack of clear standards, the diagnosis of menstrual cramps is usually based on patient description, and only a handful of people would probably visit hospitals just to obtain a certificate for menstrual leave.
對於醫生來說,同樣有些難以處理的問題,因為很難判斷出一位女性可以承受的痛經程度。北京協和醫院婦科醫生譚賢潔說,由於缺乏明確的標準,痛經診斷通常只是根據患者的口述,而且只有少數人去醫院開痛經證明。
Li Yinhe, a renowned Chinese sociologist, suggested the authorities pay attention to the side effects of the policy if it causes tension between employers and employees.
中國知名社會學者李銀河說道,因為這項政策很可能引起僱主和職員間關係緊張,建議政府當局慎重考慮這項政策的負面影響。
國外也有學者表示:要忍受嚴重生理痛的女性應該得到休息的時間,但並不需要制訂統一政策。
