The Cross-border Trade Court of Hangzhou Internet Court accepted a case of "cross-border e-commerce Retail import" transaction dispute. The plaintiff purchased a brand of pure cocoa powder through a cross-border e-commerce platform, and the outer packaging had no Chinese label. The court held that although there was no paper Chinese label on the goods involved in the case, the goods met the food safety standards of China after testing, and the behavior of replacing Chinese labels with electronic labels did not constitute food label defects, so all the plaintiff's claims were rejected.
