In celebration of Sanrio’s iconic character, Hello Kitty’s 40th anniversary, Sanrio has teamed up with American fast food giant, McDonald’s for a limited edition Happy Meal toy promotion. Available in the United States and Canada, this year’s collaboration features Hello Kitty in eight collectable Happy Meal give-away toys.
Under the 40th Anniversary Birthday theme, featured styles include Hello Kitty Birthday Lolipop, Hello Kitty Birthday Surprise, Hello Kitty Birthday Cupcake, Hello Kitty Birthday Treat, Hello Kitty Birthday Invite, Hello Kitty Birthday Balloon, Hello Kitty Birthday Fun and Hello Kitty Birthday Gift.
