疫苗案轟動全國，震驚高層領導。隨著一系列疫苗事件的曝光，幾個製藥公司的大佬也被民眾給揪了出來。
此次長生生物的疫苗事件讓人聯想到八年前山西的那場疫苗事故。山西疫苗案共造成了山西百餘名兒童的傷殘或死亡，其影響之惡劣比起長生疫苗案有過之而無不及。
在山西疫苗事件中，有兩個媒體人，因為公開公正報導該事件，被所屬部門《中國經濟時報》給解職。
為了報導真相，為了給受害人一個公平的答覆，他們提著腦袋走上前線，最後丟了飯碗，離開了新聞行業。
他們曾給了無數民眾以公正和慰藉，他們的結局也令無數媒體人心酸。
還是那句話：英雄可以戰死，但不可被世人遺忘。
他們倆，一個是《中國經濟時報》前首席記者王克勤，另一個，則是他當時的頂頭上司——《中國經濟時報》前總編輯包月陽。

王克勤出生於1964年，甘肅省永登縣人。
他膚色黝黑，相貌平平，還有點謝頂。生活中，他也不總是那麼嚴肅。挺著個微微發福的肚腩，著裝打扮也十分隨意，扔到人堆裡，誰都不會看他一眼。

然而就是這樣一個人，曾被評為2002年度中國傳媒傑出人物、2003年中國十大維權人物、2003年度中國記者八大風雲人物、2004年中國十佳曝光勇士等等。
他是中國當代最有名的揭黑記者，被業界譽為「中國的林肯·史蒂芬斯（美國著名揭黑記者）」。黑社會曾揚言要出價500萬買他的人頭，也讓他有了「中國身價最高的記者」的美名。
他的職業生涯裡，曾先後推出過多篇震驚國人的報導。
他採寫的《蘭州證券黑市狂洗「股民」》，揭開了蘭州證券黑市的真面目。此文一出，立刻引發了有關部門在全國範圍內展開一場聲勢浩大的剷除證券黑市的專項行動，還為蘭州近萬名受害者挽回了數億元的損失；
他的《公選「劣跡人」引爆黑幕》發表後，引起甘肅省委省政府的極大重視。6個部門、近50人的專案組，進駐報導中提到的堡子鄉進行調查，10名「惡霸鄉幹部」受到法律制裁；
為了調查定州徵地案，他把自己打扮成農民，把相機和筆記本藏在麻袋裡，開著拖拉機突破封鎖線。《河北定州血案》一經刊登，6名在徵地過程中被黑社會打死的農民得到了正義的伸張，原定州市委書記和風被送上了審判臺。
僅僅是在2001年，這個貌不驚人的中年男子就用他的筆和良心，把160多個黑惡分子給送進了監獄。
由於揭黑太出名，他曾收到一條傳呼，上面寫著：我們知道你的家庭住址，今晚過去「接」你老婆孩子。
為此，警方甚至特意派出4名荷槍實彈的警察去他家裡保護他。
這些風險和困難從沒有讓王克勤退縮過。懲惡揚善，為民眾爭不平、謀幸福，一直是他的人生信條。
為什麼一個記者要一直跟黑惡勢力對著幹？王克勤面對同行的採訪，講出了這樣一個故事。
2003年非典期間，他在經濟時報的總部辦公，突然有門衛喊他，說有個計程車司機想要見他。
他在公司大門口見到了這名來自烏魯木齊的計程車司機。對方手裡提著一袋莫合菸絲，對王克勤說：
「王老師，我代表全新疆三萬多計程車司機來看你。我們烏魯木齊人民愛抽莫合煙，他們說抽莫合煙不會得非典。我們送你莫合煙抽，這樣你就能健健康康了。感謝你，王老師。」
這名計程車司機把莫合煙送到王克勤手裡，寒暄了幾句後就走了。
從烏魯木齊到北京，他得坐三天兩夜的火車，然後再這樣坐回去。當時北京疫情嚴重，這名司機回到烏魯木齊被隔離了20多天。他這麼做，圖什麼？
因為王克勤寫過一篇名為《北京計程車業壟斷黑幕》的報導，推動了計程車行業的良性改革。這一事件，讓遠在西北的新疆司機，深受感動。
這份計程車司機帶來的安慰讓王克勤從中體會到了媒體人的價值與意義，他曾發誓要將自己的一生都獻給新聞調查事業。
然而這一切，都因為山西疫苗事件而終結。
從能查閱到的資料可以獲悉，山西的疫苗最初從2006年就開始「出問題」。
2006年，山西男孩強強接種了乙腦疫苗後，出現了發燒症狀，醫生診斷為「乙腦（乙型腦炎）」。在幾次病危通知後，強強的命保住了，但卻留下了終生後遺症，會不定時抽風。強強的父母怎麼也想不明白，為什麼健健康康的孩子，接種了「乙腦疫苗」後，還能患上「乙腦」。
2006年，山西女孩慧慧接種了麻疹風疹聯合疫苗，十幾天後發病，被診斷為「過敏性紫癜」。
2007年，7個月大的紫陽接種B肝疫苗後，被診斷為「過敏性紫癜」。
2008年，3歲的妞妞接種了乙腦疫苗，一個月後突發病症，疑似紫癜、腦炎……
這樣的孩子，一共有百餘名。
這一事件一直拖到2010年。時任《中國經濟時報》首席記者的王克勤，親赴山西調查半年，寫出了兩萬字的重磅報導——《近百孩子不明病因致死致殘——山西疫苗亂象調查》。
3月17號，時任《中國經濟時報》總編的包月陽，籤發了這篇報導。
在籤發這篇報導之前，包月陽對王克勤說了一句話：「我已經做好犧牲一切的準備。」

如果論起面相來，王克勤看上去比較油膩接地氣，而包月陽則是一副和藹可親的老者形象。
他一頭白髮，溫和儒雅，很喜歡佛道和禪意。在單位裡，大家都親切地稱他「老包」。

包月陽出生於1963年，老家是河南省舞陽縣。1979年，他考入了武漢大學經濟系。畢業後，有幸被分配到了新華社工作。
1994年，包月陽榮獲新華社首屆十佳記者的稱號。隨後，在國務院研究中心的倡議下，他參與籌辦了如今的《中國經濟時報》，任常務副總編。《中國經濟時報》的試刊、創刊和採編業務都是他主持的，他對時報風格的形成起到了關鍵作用。
「對讀者負責，對歷史負責」，這句話，一直是包月陽所堅持的辦報理念。三年後，他升任《中國經濟時報》總主編，在這個位子上，他一幹就是13年。

進入21世紀之後，在包月陽的帶領下，《中國經濟時報》加強了調查性報導。調查蘭州證券黑市事件，便是王克勤與包月陽的第一次「觸電」。那時候，王克勤只是《甘肅經濟日報》的一名普通記者。
兩個月後，因證券黑市的曝光，《甘肅經濟日報》暫時停辦。王克勤輾轉多次，最終來到了《中國經濟時報》安家落戶。
在包月陽的支持下，各類打黑揭黑的深度調查、在經濟時報上如雨後春歲一般地出現。為此，包月陽沒少挨上級領導的批評，也沒少做過檢查。
「只要是好報導，多寫一些檢查，對我而言也是一種提高啊。」他笑著跟王克勤說。
2010年籤發《山西疫苗亂象調查》時，包月陽意識到了這件事情的嚴重後果。當時報社總部就有人勸他：「別籤這篇，籤了肯定出事兒！」
包月陽只說了一句話：「不籤，對不起孩子。」
該期報紙刊發後，果然掀起了社會輿論的驚濤駭浪，同時，他們也遭到了山西方面的「兇猛反撲」，對方聲稱他們的「報導不實」。
對此，包月陽毫不畏懼，隨即在網上發了一篇《中國經濟時報關於「山西疫苗亂象調查」報導的聲明》，立場鮮明地與黑惡勢力展開對決。
不僅如此，他還不斷地給自己的屬下打氣：
為了更多中國孩子的安全，我們戰鬥到底！哪怕犧牲一切，也在所不惜！
兩個月後，他被免去了《中國經濟時報》總主編的職務。
隨後，王克勤也被《中國經濟時報》給解僱，經濟時報的調查部被就地解散。

包月陽被解職後，王克勤找到他，滿懷歉意地對他說：「老包，對不住啊，因為我的報導害你丟了飯碗。」
老包說：「求仁得仁，是你成就了我。」
話畢，倆人對視，開懷大笑。當晚，他倆在一塊喝了個爛醉，最後雙雙被送到醫院去掛水。
或許只有喝醉的那一刻，這兩個媒體人才有片刻的解脫。那顆為了人民大眾謀利益的良心，才不會那麼痛。
王克勤離開時，在自己的辦公室整理了足足兩噸重的上訪材料。這些材料是全國各地的民眾或是寄給他、或是親自來北京送給他的。臨走時，王克勤帶走了這些材料。
他在微博上寫道：對別人而言，這些材料相當於廢紙；對我而言，這些都是民眾給我的信任。雖然堆著的全是苦難和血淚，但我一直視其為寶貝，走到哪裡帶到哪裡。家具可以扔，信任不能丟！
王克勤離開了新聞行業，投身於「大愛清塵」公益活動。這是他於2011年發起的救助中國600萬塵肺病人的一個專項活動，後來在崔永元的介紹下，袁立也成為了該公益活動的重要推動者。
包月陽離職時，在微博上寫了一段話：
「生活裡的憂愁來源於我們的得與失、患得患失。也來源於我們對自己未來命運感覺到不可把握，難以預料。所以，算命術長盛不衰。而一顆禪心是徹底放下了憂愁的。」
包月明放下了嗎？
長生生物的毒疫苗被曝光後，包月明的微博在7月22日更新了這樣一條消息：
有時候，時間能改變一切。有時候，時間什麼也改變不了。
他們把理想和生命都獻給了公眾，如今卻只能「望疫興嘆」。到底是他們辜負了我們，還是我們辜負了他們？

前天，我們的主席和總理先後公開作出重要批示，他們措辭強硬地指出：
對疫苗事件的真相要一查到底，嚴肅問責。一定要給全國人民一個明明白白的交代。
昨天，王克勤老師開通了公眾號，並發表了第一篇公眾號文章《要不要打疫苗——山西疫苗事件記者王克勤給媽媽們的一封信》。
王克勤老師提出了兩個觀點：一是疫苗一定要打，二是國產疫苗的管控亟待提高。
也就在昨天，此次疫苗事件的始作俑者、長生生物的董事長高某芳等15名涉案人員，被警方依法採取刑事拘留強制措施。
那個明明白白的交代，相信很快就會到來。人們對社會的發展和變革，又有了新的希望。
魯迅說：「我想：希望本是無所謂有，無所謂無的。這正如地上的路。其實地上本沒有路，走的人多了，也便成了路。」
而那些為我們拓路的人，如今還有多少人記得呢？
為眾人抱薪者，不可使其扼於風雪；
為自由開路者，不可使其困於荊棘。
風波過後，我們會忘記他們嗎？
想必每個人的心中，都會有一個共同的答案。包月陽和王克勤的名字，必將永存於每一個中國人的心底。
