These site preparation guidelines areprovided to our valued customers, in order to ensure that the installation ofyour ANCA FX Linear machine is accomplished promptly and is ready forproduction within the shortest time frame.此場地手冊是為我們尊貴的客戶準備的， 希望該手冊的信息可以確保證您的ancaFX線性電機工具機能以最短時間完成安裝並投入生產。

 

Please take a few moments to complete thefinal checklist at the end of this documents as it will enable us to carry outthe machine installation smoothly and more effectively.

1.2       Site Selection Guidelines 場地選擇準則

 

At installation, the following points shouldbe checked in order to ensure high accuracy and performance.安裝時，應該對其以下幾點進行檢查,以確保高精度和性能。

 

·       Ambient環境溫度要求: 17 to 40° C

·       Humidity溫度   : 75% or less 少於(withoutcondensation無冷凝).

·       Themachine must not be subject to direct sunlight.該工具機必須避免受陽光直射

·       Themachine must not be subject to any excessive vibrations.該工具機不應該受過度震動

·       Theinstallation site must be free of dust, acid, corrosive gases and salt.

·       安裝的場地必須是免於受塵、酸、腐蝕性氣體和鹽的侵襲。

·       Makesure that the electrical control cabinet will not be splashed with water oroil.

·       確保電氣控制櫃不受水或油濺溼。

·       Makesure that the electrical control cabinet and the operator panel are not subjectto excessive vibration or shock.確保電氣控制櫃不受水或油濺溼。

·       Aswith all precision grinding machines the accuracy of the machine can beaffected by thermal expansion.  In orderto maintain static grinding accuracy and optimum performancethe machine should be installed in an areawhich is not largely affected by airflow. 像所有精密磨削工具機一樣，工具機的精度受熱膨脹影響很大，為了保持工具機的靜態精度， 工具機的安裝地點不應受到過大的熱氣流影響

·       Airconditioning of the factory area is not essential but an ambient temperaturebetween 17°C (62.5°F) and 25°C (77°F) is recommended.  The temperature should be maintainedconsistently within ±2°C over a 12-hour period. This willminimize thermal expansion on the grinder.雖然在廠區安裝空調設備對於工具機不是必需， 但是我們建議環境溫度應介於17度(62F)和25度(77F)之間。 而且室溫在12小時內保持±2C的恆定， 這樣工具機的熱膨脹可以減到最低。

·       Achiller unit for the coolant should be considered where ambient temperaturesexceed 30°C, for greater accuracy the coolant temperatureshould be maintained at ambient temperature.如果室溫超過30度，應該考慮安裝冷卻液冷凍設備， 冷卻液的溫度和室溫保持一致可以令工具機精度達到最佳。

1.3       Foundation Requirements 地基要求

 

·       TheFX machine should be mounted on a flat solid foundation of reinforced concreteof at least 150mm (6」) in thickness. FX機應安裝在平面堅實的鋼筋混凝土至少 150 毫米 (6 英寸) 的厚度。

·       Thefoundation should be separate from the rest of the floor.基座應和其餘的地板分開。

1.4       Lifting the Machine抬升搬運工具機

Linear     motor machines have magnetic shafts on X     and Y axis, exercise caution when working with tools around strong     magnetic field.  線性電機磁軸在x和y軸上，在強磁場周圍用使用工具工作時要格外小心

People with active electrical     component implants (e.g. pacemaker, insulin pump), metal implants and     magnetic or electrically conducting foreign bodies are advised to avoid     direct contact with components containing permanent magnets.任何相關人員如果體內植有電子人造器官（如心臟起搏器，胰島素泵），金屬植入物和磁性或導電異物應儘量避免和含有永磁鐵的組件直接接觸。

The Machine will arrive fixed to a sled. 工具機運抵時和託盤是固定在一起的。

The machine itself should only be lifted usinga forklift truck from the built in forklift channels on the FRONT of themachine base. Please refer to Figure 1工具機本身只應該用叉車抬起。從基座前面特設的叉車通道進入。請參考圖1.

Distance between forklift channels on thegrinder is 730mm (29") and the channel width is 225mm (9").磨床上叉車通道之間的距離是 730 毫米 (29 英寸) 和通道寬度是 225 毫米 (9 英寸)。

The total weight (Machine + sled +accessories) is approximately 4700kg總重量（機器+託盤+配件）大約是4700公斤

The wooden sled + Machine should only be lifted from the FRONT of themachine using a forklift truck. Please refer Figure1叉車移動託盤和工具機時只允許從工具機前面進入木託盤，請參考圖1，

1.5  Floor Space Required場地空間的要求

 

When locating the machine, sufficient roommust be allowed to provide safe access to all sides with the access doors open.將工具機安裝在固定位置時，在各方向的檢修/操作門打開時， 工具機周圍必須留有足夠的空間提供安全通道。

1.6     External Connections外部供應 - 壓縮空氣/電源的連接

Prior to the arrival of the ANCA ServiceEngineer, the customer should have completed ALL 「Site Preparation」 sections ofthis document including。 ANCA服務工程師到達之前，客戶應完成所有以上「場地準備要求」所列的準備工作

·Foundationrequirements 地基要求

·Placementof the machine工具機的放置

·Powerand services required for Grinding machine, coolant, mist extraction and fireextinguishers磨床所需要的電源、壓縮空氣、過濾設備、磨削油、油霧回收裝置消防設施等。
