The Big Brother/Sister Program began in the spring of 2016. The initiative stems from GF's Educate a Child Project. 12 High School and 4 University students from Guizhou province are involved within the program. 16 Big Brothers and Sisters from Guangzhou have volunteered, to be mentors by providing moral support to these students. Some Bigs have been in contact with their little for almost 2 semesters now! We look forward to this ongoing communication between Bigs and Littles, in order to create more meaningful relationships.

This Big Brother & Sister Christmas workshop was intended to discuss how we can better improve communication between Guizhou students and Bigs. As well as, discussing future Guizhou and Guanzhou trips  between the Littles and Bigs. Volunteers created Christmas cards and decorated frames, to send as a care package to the 16 high school and univeristy students. We thank everyone involved!
