Rankings released by Arton Capital on Oct. 25 assigned countries a score

They were followed closely by Germany with 158, and Sweden and South Korea tied with 157.

Singapore moved into the top spot after Paraguay removed visa requirements,

The managing director of Arton Capital Singapore said the ranking is 「a testament of Singapore’s inclusive diplomatic relations and effective foreign policy."

In contrast, the bottom spot was taken by Afghanistan, with a score of 22, doing slightly worse than Pakistan and Iraq with 26.
