這是斯巴達勇士賽第一次來到上海，賽道位於滴水湖南側的空地，地勢較為平坦。賽道設計師將賽道設計成折返形式，並進行了障礙物的安排，從而使得障礙物可以密集呈現，更加刺激！ 賽道上見，斯巴達勇士！
It is the first time that SPARTAN RACE comes to Shanghai. The flat course is on the South of the Dishui Lake. Challenging obstacles are in the way of the backtracking course. SEE YOU AT THE FINISH LINE!
地鐵+接駁車/SUBWAY & SHUTTLE BUS可乘坐2號線、7號線至龍陽路換乘，或者11號線至羅山路換乘地鐵16號線滴水湖站1號口出站，地鐵口有賽事志願者進行接駁指引
Take line 2 or line 7 to Longyang Road Station and then change to line 16; or take line 11 to Luoshan Road Station and then change to line 16.
Take Line 16 to Dishui Lake Station. Exit to Gate 1. (Instructions will be shown by volunteers).
接駁車往返滴水湖站1號口與主賽場
Shuttle bus will run between Gate 1 and race location.
接駁車運營時間：7:45am – 17:00pm

每隔15分鐘發一班車（往返相同）單程預計時間15分鐘
One shuttle bus every 15 minutes (both directions). About 15 minutes to get the destination.
線路一：內環線-S20外環高速公路-S2滬蘆高速公路（往東海大橋方向）-申港大道-環湖西三路-環湖南三路
ROUTE ONE: Inner Ring-S20 Outer Ring Expressway-S2 Hulu Expressway (toward Donghai Bridge)- Shengang Avenue-Huanhu West 3rd Road-Huan hu South 3rd Road
線路二：內環線-S20外環高速公路-G1501上海繞城高速公路-S2滬蘆高速公路-申港大道-環湖西三路-環湖南三路
ROUTE TWO: Inner Ring-S20 Outer Ring Expressway-G1501 Shanghai City Expressway - S2 Hulu Expressway - Shengang Avenue- Huanhu West 3rd Road-Huan hu South 3rd Road
在比賽場地周圍道路上設置停車場，請跟隨指示停車

比賽日：現場註冊報名從早上7點30分持續到下午14點30分
Onsite registration OPENS at 7:30am and CLOSES at 2:30pm
帶著籤署的免責聲明，比賽號碼以及有效身份證明，前往「註冊」帳篷。如果你沒有免責聲明或不記得參賽號碼，請前往「免責聲明&比賽號碼」帳篷獲取。
Show your wavier, bib and ID at Registration tent. If you have no wavier or forget your bib number, please go to Wavier&Bib tent
參賽者在「註冊」帳篷遞交免責聲明和比賽號碼給志願者，在獲得參賽包之前，將檢查免責聲明是否籤署以及身份信息是否準確。
Athlete should hand in wavier and bib to the volunteer. Before receiving the race bag, please check the signature and your personal information.
註：學生需要出示有效學生證，如果未能出示或提供虛假學生信息，需在現場補全價格（比賽日價格499元），否則將無法獲得參賽信封。
Tips: Students should show your student card. If you forget it or show invalid information, you must make up the full bill (pay RMB 200), otherwise you cannot get the race envelope.

Bib envelope (bring back home as a souvenir)
帶有比賽號碼的斯巴達頭帶（即號碼布）——請在比賽時穿戴，便於工作人員、志願者、攝影師識別你的號碼；
Headband with your bib number, i.e. your bib. Please wear it during the race so that our staff, volunteers and photographers can identify your number
帶有你開賽時間的腕帶。所有參賽者必須在規定的時間開跑。這個腕帶將作為你進入起跑處的憑證，也將作為你完賽後活動區的入場憑證，請全程穿戴；
Your wristband with race time. ALL RACERS MUST RUN IN THEIR DESIGNATED START TIME. Please be in the starting area on time. This wristband is the thing which can allow you to enter the starting area and post-race area. Please wear it all the time
計時晶片，使用提供的腕帶將晶片綁在手腕上；
Timing chip, which is tied to the wristband.

我們將於10月10日以郵件的形式公布您的出發時間，如果對出發時間不滿意，在您收到的出發時間安排郵件中，我們會提供給您1次的調整機會，調整出發時間的截止日期為：2016年10月14日下午15：00
We will announce your exact start time through e-mail. If you are not satisfied with your start time, you will have ONE chance to change it through the received e-mail. The DEADLINE on changing starting time is 3.pm, Oct. 14th, 2016

如果你不清楚自己的開賽時間，你可以查詢自己的參賽郵件，並在靠近活動入口出的號碼帳篷那獲得。
If you are not clear about your start time, please check your e-mail, and get it at bib tent near the entrance
沿途設有2個補給站，提供飲用水及百淬運動飲料，完賽後每位勇士可以獲得一瓶百淬運動飲料。賽事補給充足，參賽者也可以自行準備補給品；
TWO water stations are along the course serving pure water and Biosteel sports beverage. Every finisher will receive a free can of Biosteel at the finish line. Supplies are abundant, and you can also bring your own supplies.
註冊成功後，你將獲得一個計時晶片和一個腕帶來記錄你的時間和成績。計時晶片一定要系在你手腕上來準確記錄你的完賽時間。完賽後請在終點處將計時晶片交回。完賽時間可以在現場的賽事成績帳篷處查詢，也會儘快在斯巴達勇士賽官網公布；
You will receive a timing chip and wristband to record your time and results. Timing chip must be fastened around wrist in order to record your finish time precisely. After the race, you should return the timing chip. You can check your time at the Result tent, or you can check it on the official website in the following days.
觀眾不售票入場，比賽當日會設置專屬的觀眾入口
Your friends or family members are allowed to watch your performance FOR FREE. Spectators have their own entrance on the race day.
攜帶兒童的觀眾或參賽者，請務必管理好自己的孩子
Please take care of your kids
所有要進入活動區的觀眾必須登記後並戴上腕帶
All the spectators should take registration and then wear your wristband
獨特的視角可以使觀眾看到障礙物的通過情況，可以為你支持的勇士拍照
Spectators will have unique viewpoints, who can take photos for your supporting athlete
現場提供存包服務，如果你計劃存包，我們會將您的頭帶號碼寫到一張貼紙上，並貼在存包上以示區別，完賽後憑頭帶取包。存包處將在早上7:30左右開放並在最後一個參賽者取完包後關閉；
We provide bag check service. If you plan to store your bag, we will write down your bib number on the sticker which on your bag. When you finish the race, place show your bib and fetch your bag.
Bag Check will open at 7:30 am until the last participant fetch his/her baggage.
我們與眾安保險合作，為所有參賽的勇士提供了最高30萬元的意外傷害保險；
Our insurance partner Zhongan Insurance providing at most 300,000 RMB insured accident insurance to every racer.
現場會設置淋浴處，請攜帶換洗衣物以及毛巾。注意，現場只會提供冷水衝淋。為保證水源不被汙染，請勇士們不要使用任何化學沐浴產品，包括但不限於洗髮液、洗面奶、沐浴液等；
Shower facilities are on the spot, please bring your towel. Attention, only cold water is provided on the spot. Considering the safety of river and water source, please do not bring any chemical bath products, including shampoo, facial cleanser etc.
完賽後，你將獲得斯巴達勇士賽完賽獎牌、完賽T恤、雨衣、香蕉及運動飲料等完賽物品。每位完賽者可以憑出發手環獲得一杯啤酒，領取後會在手環上蓋章。注意，請勿酒後駕車！
You will get Sprint Finishers Medal, Sprint Finisher T-shirt, raincoat, banana and drinks. Every finisher will get a cup of light beer by showing your wristband. The wristband will be stamped if you receive the beer. Attention, do not drive after drinking!
我們在障礙中以及完賽後安排了一些攝影師來抓拍每個人通過障礙以及完賽的精彩瞬間。在領取完賽物資後，我們為完賽的勇士提供了攝影棚用於拍攝完賽照片。賽後約一周內你將獲取免費的賽事照片。照片連結會在上海賽事頁面成績頁面上，也會郵件給每個參賽者。敬請期待更多更新；
Photographers are settled along the courses and the post-race victory photo tent, so as to take photos when you break obstacles. After receiving your finishing goods, we provide a victory photo tent for finisher to take finishing photos. Professional event day photos will be posted on the event page 5-7 days after the event, FREE OF CHARGE! We』ll email you when your photos are ready!
特許商品售賣/Spartan Merchandise我們將會在現場售賣為賽事特別定製的特許商品，包括各式服裝，手機殼等，歡迎選購。
We will provide Spartan merchandise for sale onsite, which are designed for the race, including various clothes and cases for cellphone. Welcome to select!
比賽服儘量包裹身體，減少裸露皮膚面積；
Race clothes which can cover your body. Try to restrict naked skin
一雙防滑的比賽鞋；
A pair of anti-slip shoes
一雙拖鞋；
A pair of slippers
準備一身換洗的衣服及鞋襪；
Changing clothes, socks and shoes
塑膠袋若干（用於裝髒衣服）；
Plastic bags (Pack dirty clothes)
毛巾（用於衝淋後擦乾身體）；
Towels （Clean your body after taking shower）
運動手套（防止某些障礙對手掌的磨損）。
Gloves（Protecting your hands）
所有兒童在任何時候都需要有成年人陪同。當你在比賽時，兒童無人照顧，你將被請出賽道並要求離開
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.Leaving your child unattended while you are racing will result in being pulled off the course and asked to leave.
比賽場地內不允許隨意搭建帳篷；
No pop-up tents are allowed in the festival. Tent space is reserved for Sponsors.
不允許攜帶冷藏箱、玻璃瓶以及安保部門明確規定的管制物品等，安保將設置安檢門和金屬探測儀，以確保參與者未攜帶危險物品；
No coolers or glass bottles allowed on property. Security staff will check for them as you enter.
如果你要使用移動攝像機或其他電子設備，請把你的姓名和聯繫方式貼在上面，如果在賽道上丟失了，這是我們幫你找到的唯一辦法；
Please leave a sticker with your name and phone number on your camera or other electronic equipment. This is the ONLY way to find them if you lose your equipment.
你必須出示你的身份證明，18歲以上、60歲以下可以參加斯巴達勇士賽。
You must have ID to check in. Racers ages between 18 and 60 can participate in the adult’s race.
賽前請保證充足睡眠，認真對待斯巴達勇士賽；

在惡劣的天氣如閃電、龍捲風事件、颶風等情況下，為了保證參賽者、志願者和工作人員的安全，斯巴達勇士賽方面保留消除障礙，選擇部分線路或取消活動的權力。天氣總是難以預測的，需要提早準備，來應對寒冷的清晨，晚上的低溫，以及可能到來的暴風雨。
In conditions of lighting, tornado and hurricane, Spartan Race reserves the right, to postpone, cancel, or modify the Event due to weather conditions that might affect the health and/or safety of participants, staff and volunteers.
Weather is changeable, so we will prepare it in advance so as to face with the cold morning, freezing evening and possible storm.
