學習筆記：
1、Taxiway striping and signs work just like roadway stopsigns and traffic lights to help prevent traffic conflicts.
滑行道標誌和標記牌的工作原理與道路上的停止標誌和交通信號燈很像，用來幫助防止交通衝突。
2、There are six types of airport signs: mandatory instruction signs, location signs, direction signs, destination signs, information signs and runway distance remaining signs.
有六種機場標記牌：強制性指令標記牌、位置標記牌、方向標記牌、目的地標記牌、信息標記牌和跑道剩餘距離標記牌。
3、The sign is typically used on a taxiway to be used for one-way traffic or on a vehicle road so aircraft don't mistake it as a taxiway.
這裡的so可不是「所以」的意思。它是so that詞組省略了that，表示目的。
該標記牌通常用於單向滑行道，或用於供車輛使用的道路，避免飛行員將其誤認作滑行道。
4、These signs can indicate directions to FBO's, terminals, customs, fuelling areas and other locations.
這些標記牌能夠指示通往FBO（fixed base operator的縮寫）、候機樓、海關、加油區和其他地點的方向。
