碧西·威廉士（Aiyemobisi William）與布魯斯·茅聯合創辦了「巨變網絡」（Massive Change Network），並擔任首席靈感官，在12月3日－4日舉辦的「未·未來」全球教育計劃「激活創新」圓桌對話中，將與大家分享她最大的靈感，和有關夢與未來的一切。
碧西·威廉士，出生於加拿大曼尼託巴省，畢業於瑞爾森大學並獲得新聞報導學位，碧西利用遠見卓識和跨學科的新趨勢來啟迪和開發整體戰略和工具，為客戶創造價值並推動可持續增長。在她的領導下，「巨變網絡」已經成為一家致力於塑造和定義企業設計實踐的全球性公司。除此之外，她在生活中還扮演著記者、設計師、妻子和母親的角色。

Aiyemobisi 「Bisi」 Williams has worn many hats in pursuit of making the world a better place for all its inhabitants. A journalist, designer, wife and mother, she currently serves as Chief Inspiration Officer for Massive Change Network, the design consultancy she co-founded with Bruce Mau. Williams taps into visionary thinking and emerging trends across disciplines to inform and evolve holistic strategies and tools to create value and drive sustainable growth for clients. Under her leadership, Massive Change Network has become a global firm committed to shaping and defining the emerging practice of enterprise design.
Williams speaks addresses groups on the power of design to change the world. Most recently, she spoke at the 「What Design Can Do 2017」 in Amsterdam and at 「The Human Element Communications Consortium,」 an platform to facilitate networking between communicators across select top companies and share best practices, both from inside these organizations, as well as external perspectives from industry leaders.
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Williams grew up in Canada and graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in Journalism. She held a series of positions with media firms where she developed an intense focus on bridging the gap between popular culture and high art, literature, and political transformation. Prior to the inception of Massive Change Network, Williams founded WildFlower, an annual Toronto event and social accelerator committed to diversity and human development. She led creative development of special events in Toronto for organizations and institutions committed to creating a better world such as The Art Gallery of Ontario, the Each One Teach One adult literacy program and The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery. In her adopted hometown of Chicago, Williams continues to participate in developing creative events for major cultural institutions, including The Shedd Aquarium, Ravinia Festival, and the Fashion Department of The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. She also has served as an academic advisor for the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
