Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay on the topic 「Why students should be encouraged to effective communication skills」 You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.
首先，通過審題發現，今年12月份的六級作文是一篇比較典型的說明文寫作，話題素材與學生們的學習能力培養密切相關，「為什麼要鼓勵學生培養有效的溝通能力」，所以可以按照說明文結構去完成本篇寫作。與以往真題相比，難度增加，因為學生需在首段闡明「有效的溝通能力」具體包含哪些能力。
其次，確定為說明文之後，先確立寫作大綱：
第一段為話題引入，介紹寫作主題「有效溝通能力」的重要性，並進一步「有效溝通技巧」具體涵蓋哪些能力。所以，第一段就可以確定為話題引入+ 解釋「有效溝通技巧」的能力。本文中有效的溝通能力涵蓋三點：1)簡明的語言表達能力 (concise language expression); 2) 知道什麼時候傾聽，什麼時候回應 (knowing when to stop and respond); 3)注意說話的節奏以及語氣 (paying attention to the pace and tone of speech)
第二段首先是總領句，介紹原因的分析可以從三方面進一步闡釋，這裡使用功能模板句「The reasons why + 句子 mainly lie in three aspects」.
接下來，結合首段提出的三條具體的有效溝通技能，一一羅列加以論據說明。首先，作者提簡潔語言可以清晰傳遞思想 (deliver ideas with clarity)，並通過反向論證法指出，現實生活中，一些合作失敗緣於溝通中產生的誤解 (misunderstanding)。 其次，作者解釋了知道時候傾聽，什麼時候回應的重要性。這裡作者使用原因法分析「This is because…」,解釋不知道什麼傾聽，會讓人感覺你並不在意對方的feeling。最後一條原因為：適當的說話節奏以及語氣會讓對話更容易理解 (understandable)以及更有趣味性。
第三段就是常規的總結，提出有效的溝通能力會讓你成為一名很好的對話者，有利於對話的順利進行，因此值得學生們給予關注。

The increasingly fierce competition of modern society requires students to possess comprehensive knowledge and abilities, of which effective communication skills is of significant importance. These skills include concise language expression, knowing when to stop and respond as well as paying attention to the pace and tone of speech.
The reasons why students should be encouraged to cultivate effective communication skills mainly lie in three aspects. First, the concise expression of language enables students to deliver their ideas with clarity. Actually, some failed cooperation can be attributed to the misunderstanding between communicators. In addition, it is advisable for students to know when to stop and respond. This is because excessive talking or no response in a conversation gives others the impression that you are impolite and show no interest in others』 feelings. Last but not least, talking with the proper pace and tone renders the conversation more understandable and even exciting for listeners to follow.
In conclusion, effective communication skills contribute to a successful and good conversation, which therefore entails students』 due attention.
