一、turn的含義
turn有兩種詞性，一種是名詞，一種是動詞，作名詞時意為「順序、輪流」，作動詞時意為「轉、旋轉」。
二、turn的短語
（一）作動詞用時，主要有如下9種：
1、turn on：打開（電器等）
例：Turn on the light，please.
請打開燈。
2、turn off：關掉（電器等）
例： It's time to go to bed. You have to turn off the light.
該去睡覺了，你必須關燈。
3、turn up：調高音量。
例： I can't hear it clearly. Please turn it up.

（二）作名詞用時，主要有如下兩種：
1、in turn：輪流，依次。
例：We should clean the classroom in turn.
我們應該輪流打掃教室。
2、take turns to do sth依次/輪流做某事。
例：We must take turns to do the housework.
我們必須輪流做家務。
