項目按照 「一核心四組團」 的規劃理念設計，產品布局以會展中心為核心，以極具藝術氣息造型，鑲嵌在亞龍灣核心。通過水系和路網劃分四個相互獨立又互為整體的組團，既聚合了項目又有效分割各個部分。
The project is designed inaccordance with the "one core, four groups" planning concept. The product layout is centered on the exhibition center, with an artistic style, and is embedded in the core of Yalong Bay.
外部以紅樹林溼地公園、高爾夫果嶺社區水係為導向，合理地組織起社區內外的景觀資源。

CONFERENCE CENTRE
中糧亞龍灣會議中心作為地塊以及整個亞龍灣的標誌性建築，是國家及世界各國政府首腦在南中國度假，以及開展經貿會展活動的亞龍灣唯一指定會址。
COFCO Yalong Bay ConferenceCenter, as the landmark and the entire Yalong Bay landmark, is the only designated meeting place of Yalong Bay for the heads of state and government of the world to vacation in South China and conduct economic and trade exhibitions.

中糧亞龍灣會議中心總建築面積1.8萬㎡，分為4個建築體，分別為大堂、展示中心、會議中心和餐廳，功能包含多功能廳、展廳、小會議室、餐廳及咖啡廳等。
The total construction areaof COFCO Yalong Bay Conference Center is 18,000 m2, which is divided into 4 scattered buildings, namely the lobby, exhibition center, conference center andrestaurant, including multi-purpose hall, exhibition hall, careful meeting room, restaurant and cafe, etc .
戶外公共連廊有機連接各功能，創造與城市會展不一樣的開放式的休閒度假會展模式，具備首腦經貿會議、慶典、宴會、演出和展覽功能。
It is organically connected by the outdoor public gallery, creating an open leisure vacation exhibition mode that is different from the city convention and exhibition.

中糧亞龍灣會議中心，建築立面設計亦融合現代中式紅色實體元素，配以大片金屬黃色豎向百葉分隔，充分體現中國文化元素與東方園林中水景交融的「禪」式韻味，步移景異，營造出了現代度假「新中式」會展的地標性建築特色。
The design of COFCO YalongBay Conference Center also incorporates modern Chinese-style red solidelements, with large metal yellow vertical louvers to separate it, fully reflecting the "Zen" style of Chinese cultural elements blending with the waterscape in oriental gardens.

設計同時注重不同空間之間的視覺聯絡，通過室內外空間的分隔、隔斷、融合、滲透創造豐富的空間層次感。
