當2022年的第一縷陽光灑向大地時，我們在新年的第一天，與各位親愛的朋友，通過這部視頻致以新年的誠摯祝福。
從2019年起，才碩傳媒機構每年都會策劃攝製一部視頻，記錄我們的生活和工作，見證我們的時代和世界。從《心定·夢自遠》（2019）、《這一眼 觀重慶》（2020）、《在一起》（2021），到今天的《面對》，每一部視頻，每個才碩人都是本色演出；每一部視頻，都凝聚了才碩人的心血。因為我們都是有夢想、敢於面對的一群人。
2021年，我們面對困難，沒有退縮。
2022年，面對不確定性，不會懼怕。
新的一年，就讓我們一起《面對》，去緊緊擁抱偉大時代，去恣意揮灑澎湃激情，去面對那不可能之面對（We are going to confront these impossible things），跨越荊棘，穿透風浪！
