From September 28 to 29, 2021, Haier Smart Home 2021 Overseas IT Summit was successfully held. More than 100 representatives from Haier Overseas EMCs attended the summit.
At 7:00 pm on September 28th, 2021 Overseas IT Summit kicked off with the sharing of Ms. Yu Jihua. Ms. Yu summarized the overseas business performance in 2021. Then, Ms Yu led all to review the milestones of the global digital platform in 2021: Pakistan EDN Go Live; Candy Romania Factory ERP Go Live; FPA SSTEP UP Project Start; In September, India NIP WMS/MES Test Run…
Next, Mr. Sun Nenglin shared the "Haier Smart Home digital Strategy". In recent years, Haier Smart Home Global digital platform realizes the connection of people, thing and sites, and provides mobile services for employees. In addition, it provides collaborative opportunities for global users to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Then, representatives from GEA, FPA, Candy, Pakistan and other EMCs explained specific cases of digital transformation.
At the end, the award list was announced. Bruce Huang from HQ Information Security Team won 『』Global Best Synergy Award『』，Eng Peng Teo from Haier Singapore Big Data Team won『『Global Best Technology Star Award『』，and Euan Mckendrick from Candy UK Infrastructure Team，Andrey Filatov from Russia IT Team，Qaiser Yousaf from Pakistan IT Team，Jo Walton from FPA Head of Solutions-Core Apps，ShubhamSingh from India Command Center，Biz Application Development Team from Vietnam，won 『』Global Best Innovation Award『』.
Mr. Liu Jianguo summarized the summit on the first day and looked into the future, hoping that all teams would focus more on user experience and efficiency.
On September 29, Open Talk was held online, including 3 topics: user zero distance, big data &AI, and Connected Factory. With different topics, representatives from GEA, Candy, India, Vietnam and other EMCs shared their views and practices.
At the same time, the online audience also interactive actively, put forward their own suggestions. In view of the questions raised by the audience, the representatives also made detailed answers.
The summit ended with the wonderful sharing of the Open Talk. Under the guidance of the Rendanheyi model, overseas IT team will continue to pay attention to user needs and experience, learn and use new technologies, coordinate business people and empower the market, and contribute to the realization of the global ecosystem brand.
9月28日-29日，海爾智家2021海外IT創客峰會在線上召開，來自全球的100多名創客代表出席本次峰會。
9月28日晚7點，海爾智家CIO于吉花分享了2021年海外經營情況，回顧了2021年全球數位化平臺的裡程碑事件：巴基斯坦EDN系統上線、Candy羅馬尼亞工廠ERP上線、FPA SSTEP UP項目啟動、印度北部工業園WMS/MES試運行……
接著，PSI小微主孫能林進行了「海爾智家數位化戰略分享」。海爾智家全球數位化平臺實現了人、物、場地的連接，為員工提供了移動化的服務，降低成本，提高效率。同時，全球數位化平臺為全球IT人員提供了交流分享的社區，累計分享交流80個案例，線下交流會累計33次，參與人數1536人。
隨後，來自GEA、FPA、Candy、海爾巴基斯坦的鏈群代表分享了數位化轉型的具體案例。
分享過後，全球數位化平臺對表現突出的創客進行了頒獎。來自PSI信息安全團隊的黃子傑獲得「全球最佳協同獎」；新加坡大數據團隊Teo獲得「全球最佳技術之星獎」、Candy 英國基礎設施團隊Euan Mckendrick、俄羅斯 IT團隊的Andrey Filatov、巴基斯坦IT團隊Qaiser Yousaf、FPA核心應用解決方案團隊Jo Walton，印度大數據中心Shubham Singh，越南業務應用開發團隊獲得了「全球最佳創新獎」。
海爾智家全球首席數字運營官（CDO）劉建國對峰會進行了總結，並指出，希望各團隊更加聚焦用戶體驗，提升效率。
9月29日，包含用戶零距離、大數據&AI、互聯工廠三大主題的創客圓桌論壇在線上召開。來自GEA、Candy、海爾印度、AQUA越南、海爾俄羅斯等鏈群的創客代表進行了分享，線上觀眾也積極參與，一起互動遇到的困難、解決方案和未來規劃。
在人單合一的指導下，海外IT團隊將繼續關注用戶需求&體驗，學習、使用新技術，協同業務、賦能市場，為實現全球生態品牌貢獻自己的力量。
