Tournament information.
賽事信息
1. 18 Holes Tournament and local rules of Nirwana Bali Golf Club shall prevail.
18洞錦標賽和當天比賽規則以美麗殿高爾夫球俱樂部的規定為準。
2. Those tournament using System 36 (the handicap is determined in two steps. First, for every hole scored par or better, 2 points are added and for every bogey, 1 point is added. Second, the total number of points is subtracted from 36, yielding the adjustment for the round. With the maximum adjustment of 36) any queries should be directed to Director of Golf Mr. N. Rending at Nirvana Bali Golf Club.
賽事將使用System 36 差點計算系統（通過兩個步驟計算出差點。首先，當球員在某洞打出了低於或等於標準桿數時，該洞得2分，當比標準桿高出一桿時，該洞得1分，其它情況不得分；第二，36減去球員以上的總得分，即為該球員差點，差點最大值為36），如有任何疑問，可直接向美麗殿球會總幹事Mr. N. Rending先生諮詢。
All appliances connected with the irrigation and drainage system, cart paths, yardage markers and lightening conductors are immovable obstructions. Drop at the nearest point of relief, no nearer to pin without penalty.
3 。灌溉及排水系統設施，球車小徑，距離標誌和避雷設施均屬於不可移動障礙物。遇到不可移動障礙物可在最靠近球的原始落點並且不更靠近旗杆的地方拋球而不受罰杆。

4. Should rain prevent a game to be completed, the tournament outcome will be determined from the results of one completed game.

7. Tie breaking procedure :

8. To determine the winner in case of a tie, count back system at Bali Nirwana Golf Course should prevail. The player with the lowest score will be declared winner. The next lower score will be declared 1st runner up and so on.
如果球員18洞的總成績相同，則以計算17洞的總成績為準，杆數較少者排名靠前；如果球員17洞的成績相同，則以計算16洞的總成績為準，杆數較少者排名靠前；依次類推

11. 「Hole-in-One」. There is only 1 (one) Hole in One prize per allocated hole, the first player to achieve the hole in one is the winner.
「一桿進洞」 獎：比賽僅設定一個一桿進洞獎，最先打出一桿進洞的球手為獲獎者。
12. IDR 100.000.000 available for winner hole in one on hole 2, hole 7, hole 11, hole 14, and Business Class Garuda Indonesia tickets.
一桿進洞獎設於2號洞、7號洞、11號洞、14號洞，得獎者將獲得100.000.000印尼盾和印尼鷹航商務機票
a. You must exchange scorecards with your playing partner and both player and marker must sign the scorecard at the end of the round as confirmation of your gross score.
A、您必須於同組球員交換登記記分卡，球手必須在每輪比賽結束後籤名確認您的總成績。
b. Your actual gross score for each hole must be written on your Scorecard, 4, 5, 6 etc 0, 1, -1 are not acceptable.

c. One prize for the player returning a 「net score of 100」 (in the case of a tie in the Net score the highest handicap player will be determined as the winner).

Rules of the Course
球場規則
• All carts proceeding to the golf course for play must be accompanied by a caddy and carts must remain on cart path all times.
所有進入球場的球車必須有一名球童駕駛或陪同，球車必須保持在車道上行駛。
• Players must adhere to Course Marshall Directions all times.
球手必須服從巡場人員的指揮。
• Pace of play – Guest expected to complete 9 hole play within 2 ¼ hour & 18 hole play within 4 ½ hours.
打球速度-球手被要求在2 小時15分內完成9洞比賽， 4個半小時內完成18洞比賽
• Guest may be invited to join other guests in order to control pace day.
球手可能會被邀請加入其他組進行比賽，以控制打球速度。
• If a group fails to keep its place on the course and loses more than one clear hole on the players in front, it should invite the group following to pass.
如果一組球手落後前一組一洞或以上距離的話，他們應邀請下一組球手通過。
• Only Players with a valid driver’s license are allowed to operate golf carts.

• Proper golf attire required and shirts must be worn at all times.

1. STAKES
樁
White stakes: Out of bounds, including all private residences.
白樁：出界，包括所有的私人住宅。
Red Stakes : Lateral Water Hazard, include all unmarked rice field.
紅樁：側面水障礙，包括所有未標記的水稻田。
Blue stakes : Ground Under Repair (G.U.R) / Sensitive Area.

Yellow stakes: Regular Water hazard.

2. Immovable Obstruction
不可移動障礙物
All appliances connected with the irrigation and drainage system, cart paths, yardage markers and lightning conductors are immovable obstructions. Drop at the nearest point of relief (under the rules 24-2), no nearer the hole, no penalty (rule 24-2b).
灌溉及排水系統設施，球車小徑，距離標誌和避雷設施均屬於不可移動障礙物。遇到不可移動障礙物可在最靠近球的原始落點（根據規則24-2 ）並且不更靠近旗杆的地方拋球而不受罰杆（第24 - 2b幹擾素）。
3. Landscape/ Flowerbeds
園景/花壇
If the ball is comes to the flowerbeds and declared unplayable, there is no free drop. Play the ball under the rules 28 (unplayable ball) with 1 stroke penalty.
如果球落入花壇內，並宣布為不可打。按照規則28 （不可打之球）處理，加罰一桿。
4. Embedded
擦拭球
Trough the green a ball which is embedded in its own pitch mark or in the cored fairway in ground other than sand may be lifted cleaned and dropped without penalty, as near as possible to the spot where it lay, but not nearer the hole. The ball when dropped must first strike a part of the course trough the green.
當球陷入果嶺或球道中（除了沙坑），可將其拿起擦拭，然後放置在儘量靠近原始落點的地方（不更靠近旗杆）。
5. Provisional Ball
臨時球
Any ball comes to the lemon grass/bushes or that may be lost outside a water hazard or out of bounds, please play a provisional ball (rule 27-2) to speed up play. The player shall inform his marker or a fellow competitor that he intends to play a provisional ball.
任何發球進入檸檬草/灌木叢，或可能落入水障礙及界外，請開出臨時球（規則27-2 ） ，以保證打球速度。球手應通知其記分員或同伴對手，他準備開出臨時球。
6. GUR / Sensitive Area
古爾/敏感區
All G.U.R / Sensitive area define by blue stakes and or line, including nurseries and temples are declared as sensitive area. Please drop the ball out of G.U.R., at nearest point of relief, no penalty.
所有以藍樁或線標記的G.U.R /敏感領域，包括幼兒園，寺廟皆被認定為敏感領域。請在最近點拋球，不用罰杆。
7. Dropping Zone
拋球區
Drop zone area at hole #4, #5, #14 and #16 are applied if the ball come in the temple area define by blue stakes and or line, please drop the ball at drop zone, without penalty.
Drop zone area at hole #18 is applied, for any balls comes to lateral water hazard or declared unplayable, one stroke penalty.
在4號、5號、14號和16號洞擊球時，當球進入以藍樁或線標記的寺院地帶後，球手可在其拋球區拋球而不受罰 。
當球進入18洞的側面水障礙或球不可打時，需在其拋球區拋球，加罰一桿。
8. Pace Of Play

Maximum time playing 18 holes is 4 hours and 20 minutes.

9. Suspension Of Play
中止打球
a. Discontinue play immediately: one prolonged note of siren.
.立即停止打球：長期鳴叫的警報聲。
b. B. Discontinue play; three times consecutive noted of siren, repeated. If the game delayed when the player still in process finish their tournament on the hole, the player can choose to finish the hole, but not allowed to continue to the next teeming ground.
停止打球：連續三次的警報聲，並重複。如此警報響起時，球手仍在一洞的比賽中，球手可以選擇繼續完成該洞，但不得進入下一洞的比賽。
c. Resume play; two short notes of siren, repeated.
恢復比賽：兩個短暫的警報聲，並且重複。
