2018年9月受忻州古城袁家村運營團隊的委託我們走進古城，有幸參與到「三家店溫泉酒店」板塊中「東盛泉溫泉度假酒店」的前期策劃和設計任務當中。整個「三家店溫泉酒店板塊」屬於古城全新打造的精品民宿客棧集群。「東盛泉」是本板塊中最為核心的組成部分。

In September 2018, entrusted by the operation team of Yuanjia village, the ancient city of Xinzhou, we went into the ancient city and were fortunate to participate in the preliminary planning and design of "dongshengquan Hot Spring Resort Hotel" in the "Sanjiadian Hot Spring Hotel" section. The whole "Sanjiadian Hot Spring Hotel" belongs to the boutique B & B hotel cluster newly built in the ancient city. Dongshengquan is the core part of the plate.

「東盛泉溫泉度假酒店」緊鄰「秀容書院」，位於古城打磨巷西端盡頭的三家店，過去是專門接待騾馬和客商歇腳的地方，因為南北並列三家旅店而得名「三家店」。酒店佔地約 4870 ㎡，建築面積約 3235 ㎡。由9個獨立院落圍繞一間大殿組成，院落散落在山野之間，松林之中。清晨雲霧繚繞，一派自然鄉野氣息。

忻州具有得天獨厚的溫泉資源，在北方打造一間獨具特色的高端溫泉酒店結合當地民居的建築特色及環境，的確是讓人感到期待和欣喜。

"Dongshengquan hot spring resort" is close to "Xiurong academy". Located at the west end of grinding Lane in the ancient city, Sanjia hotel used to be a special place for mules, horses and merchants to rest. Because there are three hotels in the north and south, it is named "Sanjia Hotel". The hotel covers an area of 4870 square meters and a building area of 3235 square meters. It is composed of nine independent courtyards surrounding a main hall. The courtyards are scattered among the mountains and pines. In the early morning, there are clouds and mist, a natural rustic atmosphere.Xinzhou is endowed with unique hot spring resources. To build a unique high-end hot spring hotel in the north, combined with the architectural characteristics and environment of local folk houses, is really an expectation and joy.

「東盛泉」從嚴格意義上來講，並不是個單純的室內設計項目，由於「三家店」地塊地勢複雜，舊建築破敗且分布雜亂無章，再加之溫泉酒店水系統相對複雜集中，所以經權衡「東盛泉」的所有建築都就地重新規劃新建，其建築形式為傳統磚木結構的忻州民居。

Strictly speaking, "dongshengquan" is not a simple interior design project. Due to the complex terrain of "Sanjiadian" plot, the dilapidated and disorderly distribution of old buildings, and the relatively complex and concentrated water system of hot spring hotel, all the buildings of "dongshengquan" are newly planned on the spot, and the architectural form is Xinzhou dwellings with traditional brick and wood structure.

正因如此，團隊從建築規劃階段就介入了整個項目的設計。建築的朝向、定位、體量、彼此之間的關係，以及未來商業運營的成本目標等等一系列的因素都要考慮其中。

Because of this, the team has been involved in the design of the whole project from the architectural planning stage. A series of factors should be considered, such as the orientation, orientation, volume, the relationship between each other, and the cost target of future commercial operation.

溫泉以唐代最為盛行，而位於忻州的「南禪寺」是中國現存最古老的一座唐代木結構建築，具有重要的歷史地位和藝術價值。「東盛泉」建築群落的核心建築酒店大堂便是源於這座建築。

Hot springs were most popular in the Tang Dynasty, and the "Nanchan Temple" in Xinzhou is the oldest existing wooden structure building of the Tang Dynasty in China, which has an important historical position and artistic value. The hotel lobby, the core building of dongshengquan building community, is derived from this building.

這樣一座氣勢宏偉，且富有深厚歷史底蘊的禪意文化建築為整個酒店奠定了其特有的文化基調。院落的主要建築形式是確定的，典型的磚木結構北方民居。單瘠雙坡、馬頭、貓頭、滴水精工細作。最初建築院落的附屬設施圍牆、大門、照壁等依舊是沿襲北方大院的青磚灰瓦、垂花門的結構體系，然而在最終設計方案即將確定的時候，甲方對整個項目的調性和風格提出了新的思路和想法。傳統北方院落的基調色彩和表現形式相對沉悶，而且在山西司空見慣，為了讓「東盛泉」能夠在北方的同類業態中獨樹一幟、脫穎而出，甲方希望在主體以北方建築風格不變的情況下，更多的融入現代南方院落的氣息，讓整個建築群落變得更加的鮮活、自然、輕鬆明快。這一思路的轉變其實也更加鍥合了我們最初對整個景觀園林設計的方向。結合酒店在商業運營上的整體定位，團隊遠赴雲南騰衝，有針對性的進行了一系列的考察，最終形成了「東盛泉」現在我們把他稱為「南腔北調」的山野禪意風格。

Such a grand and historical Zen culture building has laid a unique cultural tone for the whole hotel. The main architectural form of the courtyard is determined, which is a typical brick and wood structure of northern dwellings. Single barren shuangpo, Matou, Maotou, Dishui precision work. At the beginning, the enclosure, gate and screen wall of the courtyard still follow the structural system of blue brick, gray tile and vertical flower gate of the northern courtyard. However, when the final design scheme is about to be determined, Party A puts forward new ideas and ideas for the tonality and style of the whole project. The tone, color and form of expression of traditional northern courtyard are relatively dull, and they are common in Shanxi. In order to make "dongshengquan" unique and stand out in the similar business forms in the north, Party A hopes to integrate more modern Southern Courtyard flavor into the main building style of the north, so as to make the whole building community more vivid, natural and relaxed It's bright. In fact, this change of thinking is more consistent with the direction of our initial landscape design. Combined with the overall positioning of the hotel in commercial operation, the team went to Tengchong, Yunnan Province, and carried out a series of targeted investigations. Finally, the "dongshengquan" is formed. Now we call it the "South tune and North tune" mountain Zen style.

九個院落實為九間客房。獨門獨院、私湯入戶、盡享私屬陽光綠地是「東盛泉」最大的賣點。如何將這種感受和功能需求營造到極致，需要團隊從建築景觀到室內的綜合考慮。整個園區的景觀圍繞「園中院、院中園」的設計理念，內外幻化、移步易景、你中有我、我中有你，營造足夠的安靜閒逸。院落內的景觀以戶外私湯為核心展開，由於在建設初期我們就保留了絕大部分的原生桐樹和棗樹，所以在院落的布局過程中，我們將其巧妙的融入到了景觀當中，既保留了其原生態的自然氣息，同時也為空間加持了時間的維度。滿眼的綠色，巧妙點綴的灌木；泛著青苔的火山石隨意堆砌的擋牆代替了傳統的照壁；樸實細密的水涮石圍牆代替了青磚灰瓦；簡約現代的院落大門隱藏著傳統的含蓄。圍繞著湯池的砂礫卵石連接著室內到休憩涼亭的步亭石板，處處瀰漫著溼潤的空氣，留下一串串若隱若現的輕盈足跡。

The nine hospitals are divided into nine guest rooms. The biggest selling points of "dongshengquan" are its own house, private soup, and private sunshine green space. How to create this feeling and functional needs to the extreme needs the team's comprehensive consideration from the architectural landscape to the interior. The landscape of the whole park is based on the design concept of "courtyard in the garden, garden in the garden", which creates enough quiet and leisure. The landscape in the courtyard takes outdoor private soup as the core. Since we have retained most of the original tung trees and jujube trees in the early stage of construction, we have skillfully integrated them into the landscape in the layout process of the courtyard, which not only retains the natural flavor of its original ecology, but also adds time dimension to the space. The traditional screen wall is replaced by the eyeful green and skillfully decorated shrubs; the retaining wall of volcanic rocks covered with moss is randomly piled up; the simple and fine wall of shuishuan stone is replaced by the green brick and grey tile; the simple and modern gate of the courtyard hides the traditional implication. The pebbles surrounding the soup pool connect the stone slab of the pavilion from the indoor to the rest Pavilion. The moist air is everywhere, leaving a string of faint light footprints.

九個院落三種房型可以滿足不同形式的入住需求，其中一號院和五號院是九間院落中最大的兩個院落，室內功能也是最完備最具代表性的。除了標準配置的戶外湯池，室內也同時設置了尺度闊綽的私湯並且緊鄰窗戶，盡享自然美景。室內的裝修風格基於建築本體，保留並裸露了大部分的木製結構，凸顯了北方民居建築的結構美，同時也提升了室內的空間氣場。全明的落地大窗一改北方民居固有格局，將景觀和陽光最大限度的引入到室內。室內的整體設計格調可以說是盡顯樸素，這樣可以和室外一抑一揚形成很好的融合和互動。原始乾淨的白色牆面，含蓄溫暖的床頭背景，沉穩紮實的磚石地面，搭配親和力實足的緬柚木做，一派閒適安逸的禪意氣息。衛生間的營造也獨具匠心，除了功能上乾濕分離細節處理，火山石鋪裝的運用也頗具南方自然風情，美觀與實用俱佳。浴室落地窗結合明缸的處理，自然景觀引入的同時，讓空間變的感性暖味。

There are three types of rooms in nine courtyards, which can meet the needs of different forms of occupancy. Courtyard 1 and courtyard 5 are the largest of the nine courtyards, with the most complete and representative indoor functions. In addition to the standard outdoor soup pool, the room is also equipped with large-scale private soup and close to the window to enjoy the natural beauty. The interior decoration style is based on the building itself, which retains and exposes most of the wooden structure, highlights the structural beauty of northern residential buildings, and also improves the interior space atmosphere. Quanming's landing windows change the inherent pattern of northern dwellings, and introduce the landscape and sunlight to the interior to the maximum extent. The overall design style of the interior can be said to be simple, which can form a good integration and interaction with the outdoor. The original clean white wall, the implicit warm bedside background, the steady and solid masonry floor, and the affinity and solid Burmese teak make a school of leisure and comfortable Zen atmosphere. In addition to the separation of dry and wet functions, the use of volcanic stone pavement is also quite Southern natural style, beautiful and practical. The floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom combine with the treatment of the open cylinder, and the introduction of the natural landscape makes the space warm and perceptual.

夕陽夕下，夜幕降臨的古城依舊人頭攢動、熱鬧非凡。坐在酒店大堂品一茗清茶，亦可靠在床邊賞一彎新月。身在「東盛泉」遠眺古城，有種恍如隔世的感覺。遠離世俗的喧囂，給內心一份寧靜恰恰是「東盛泉」能夠給予客人的最高禮遇。

As the sun sets and night falls, the ancient city is still crowded and bustling. Enjoy a cup of tea in the hotel lobby and a crescent moon by the bed. Looking at the ancient city from the "Dongsheng spring", I feel as if I have been separated from the rest of the world. It is the highest courtesy that dongshengquan can offer to its guests to stay away from the worldly noise and give inner peace.
