二籤是指在打工度假期間完成特定地區工作三個月的要求，即可續籤1年。如果你是第一次申請打工度假籤證，那麼這個二籤跟你是沒什麼關係的，不用擔心什麼二籤會佔5000個名額之類的。按照我們攻略乾貨的申請流程做就行了。
目前沒有任何二籤名額個數限制的資料，只要你拿到WHV，符合二籤申請資格，統統可以申請。

Before you apply
Second Work and Holiday visa - If you apply in Australia, you must be in Australia when this visa is granted. If you apply outside Australia, you must be outside Australia when this visa is granted.
如果在澳洲境內，那申請二籤期間必須都在澳洲。如果在澳洲境外，那麼申請二籤期間必須都不在澳洲
Second Work and Holiday visa applicants - Additional requirements
In addition to the above requirements you must:
have complied with all the conditions on your first Work and Holiday visa
have not previously held more than one Work and Holiday visa
have completed three months of specified subclass 462 work in northern Australia while on your first Work and Holiday visa
have not yet turned 31 years of age
If you are already in Australia and want to extend your stay, you need to apply for a second Work and Holiday visa before your current visa expires and before you have turned 31 years of age.

Applicants from all countries can apply for a second Work and Holiday visa online.
If you cannot apply for a second Work and Holiday visa online, lodge your paper application at the Brisbane Office in Queensland using the Form 1208 Application for a Work and Holiday Visa (380KB PDF).

好吧，這個二籤的消息也不是一兩天了，相信大家都已經了解的差不多了。在這裡我們只說明幾點，拋磚引玉。462籤證續籤只需符合條件的總工作時長於三個月，對幾份工作沒有要求。
在特定的條件下可以：從第一個WHV籤證的第7個月開始工作，第一個WHV籤證結束的時候，二籤生效，工作時長限制刷新，你又可以在原僱主那裡再工作6個月。加起來，就是整整1年。

are at least 18 but have not turned 31 years of age at the time you lodge your application
have a valid passport from a country involved in the Work and Holiday program with Australia
will not be with a dependent child while you are in Australia
have enough money to support yourself on a working holiday (about AUD 5000)
have enough money to buy a return or onward travel ticket at the end of your stay
have not previously entered Australia on a Working Holiday visa (subclass 417)
meet character and health requirements
are a genuine visitor.

have functional English
have a letter of support from your government (except applicants from Israel, the People’s Republic of China and the United States of America)

關於入境時間：
If you are already in Australia on a Work and Holiday visa and have been granted a second Work and Holiday visa, you can:

travel to Australia at any time in the 12 months from the date your second Work and Holiday visa is granted (this cannot be extended or deferred)
stay in Australia for 12 months from the date you first enter Australia on your second Work and Holiday visa
leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid.
如果你的首次WHV還沒過期，在澳洲境內申請二籤，二籤會緊接著你的第一次WHV生效，不能推遲，首次12個月+二籤12個月的有效期。
如果你的首次WHV已經結束，在澳洲境內申請二籤，二籤會在二籤下籤當日開始生效，12個月的有效期。
如果你申請的時候不在澳洲，只需在下籤後一年內出發，從入境開始算可以停留12個月，期間可自由往返。
上次的文章，推測是成立的。462的二籤沒有說明申請時限。
如果你集齊了二籤的資格，但還沒有申請，就回國了，就比較有意思了。只要你滿足申請二籤的資格+申請WHV籤證的資格要求，你隨時可以申請二籤。
比如你第一年WHV結束，然後回國了。你可以隔個五六年再申請，只要你申請二籤的時候，WHV時北澳三個月以上的工作證明還在，年齡還沒有超限，雅思再去考一次（雅思都不用重考有木有~~），去做個體檢，搞個存款證明，OK啦。而且不用再搶名額，直接走澳洲的移民局網上申請即可。如果你不在澳洲境內，462籤證的生效方法就如同你的一次拿到籤證一樣（下籤後一年內出發，從入境開始算可以待一年）。
臺灣的417打工度假籤證就可以這麼玩，期待462籤證第一個吃螃蟹的人出現。
最後，提醒一下諸位，由於體檢有效期是12個月（第一次申請WHV時用的體檢證明，如果趕早，還能再用上。），再加上找工作期間難免可能出現一些預料之外的狀況，如果想要申請二籤，建議儘早開始，集齊二籤之後再浪。薪資單、僱主證明信、稅單、僱傭證明（合同）工資流水（銀行對帳單）等都要保存好。
