Ivan is an energetic, hands-on leader who brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience to the role. Hailing from Singapore, he began his hospitality journey there, working in various positions with Hotel Jen, Banyan Tree, Hilton and Marriott.
Ivan subsequently joined the Hyatt family, first as Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt Beijing and, most recently, as Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing. His highly sensitive marketing insight and execution contributed to a guest experience and service standard that has earned the hotel multiple awards and recognition from industry and travelers alike.

2021年4月1日，朗廷酒店集團宣布，郭以安女士擔任代理總經理八個月後，以傑出的領導和對市場獨到的見解和策略，被任命為廣州南豐朗豪酒店總經理。

Originally from Hong Kong, Ms. May Kwok has an innate passion for the hospitality industry and brings more than 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry to this position. The Langham story for Ms. May Kwok started when she joined The Langham Hong Kong as Director of Sales in April 2008, her solid and diversified experience has endowed herself with prominent leadership skills, insight and unique views in regard to market strategy. 近日，萬豪國際集團任命沈程煒（Andy Shen）先生為上海西藏大廈萬怡酒店（Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui）總經理，沈程煒先生將會全面負責上海西藏大廈萬怡酒店的日常運營及管理工作。

Mr. Andy Shen graduated from Rutherford University in Canada in 2004 with bachelor’s degree in MBA. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Andy Shen served as the General Manager of Aloft Shanghai Zhangjiang Haike, responsible for the hotel's operations and strategic management. As a professional hotelier with international perspective, Mr. Andy Shen has over 20-year experience in International Hotels including Marriott, InterContinental, Shangri-La, and Hyatt, during this time, he has accumulated rich experience in hotel and outstanding leadership skills.

Ms. Miki Sia graduated with a degree in hospitality management and has nearly 20 years of experience at international brand hotels. She has held various Sales and Marketing Department positions at various hotels including Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur Hotel, Traders Hotel KLCC, Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou, Shangri- La Rasa Sayang & Golden Sands Resort Penang, Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel &Residences. Prior to joining Park Hyatt & Hyatt Regency Changbaishan, Ms. Miki Sia served as the director of events at Park Hyatt Beijing and as the Hyatt events specialist of Greater China.

步燕媚女士自2011年正式開始了酒店生涯工作，加入了杭州凱悅酒店（現杭州君悅酒店）擔任市場銷售部秘書一職。經過了多年的工作歷練和提升，她積累了豐富的市場銷售工作管理經驗。之後步燕媚女士曾在2015年短暫離開凱悅集團，加入杭州JW萬豪酒店&武林萬怡酒店擔任宴會銷售中心副總監。之後在2016年，步燕媚女士回到凱悅大家庭，參與杭州柏悅酒店籌備開業，先後擔任過宴會會議銷售部副總監及銷售部副總監等重要職務。2019年，步燕媚女士加入杭州城中香格裡拉大酒店，擔任銷售部總監一職直至此次履新。

Ms. Pucca Bu started her career in 2011 and joined Hyatt Regency Hangzhou (Currently Grand Hyatt Hangzhou) as the divisional secretary in S&M. After a few years of experience and practice, she accumulated rich sales and marketing management skills and knowledge. Shortly afterwards, Pucca left Hyatt from 2015 and joined JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou & Courtyard by Hangzhou Wulin as the assistant director of the Event Booking Center. And then in 2016, Pucca returned to the Hyatt family and joined Park Hyatt Hangzhou as part of the preopening team. She also worked as the associate director of events and the associate director of sales, both important positons. Since 2019, Ms. Pucca Bu has been the director of sales at Midtown Shangri-La Hangzhou.
