伴隨著朝文歌的演唱，童公或童婆持續執行被神靈附體的儀式，他們在性別模糊的「青童」協助下接連變裝異服，成為不同的神靈的媒體；神靈角色來自歷史故事或現實生活，並大多數是女性，上到皇后大臣下到小販走卒都成其故事訴說裡的重要角色。
Along with their singing of Chau van songs, the Lên đồng have continued to perform the rituals of being possessed by celestial beings to this day. With the help of the gender fluid 'Thanh đồng', or 'Spring Youth', they transform themselves into mediums for different gods. These immortals bear important roles within storytelling, from counsellors to the queen to peddlers and errand runners taken both from history and real life—and mostly all are female.

Looking for the 9012 Mother Goddess
在越南當下急劇快速的發展進程裡，許許多多的人和事相互碰撞，關注現世的民間「母道」信仰（Dao mau）或許更容易捕捉到其中細微的情感變化；旅途中可能遭遇的人物和事件身上蒸騰出一縷縷當今越南女性/女性主義的氣息和神韻，這當中是否會形成母道中一些新的神靈故事？此行我們試圖去描摹-構想這位/些也許的女性神靈的形象，探討她面臨如今越南城市化進程、國際資本進入、邊界穿行等各種問題時能動的可能。
Within Vietnam's rapid development process, people and processes are in constant collision, but it is perhaps easier to follow more subtle, emotional change by tracing the mythology of the Đạo Mẫu, or "Mother Goddess". Characters and events that may appear during the journey offer glimpses of contemporary Vietnamese women and feminism from a Southeast Asian perspective. And in return, what stories does the contemporary condition bring back to Đạo Mẫu? During the "From Ground Up, North To South" journey, wewill attempt to depict and re-weave the image(s) of the one/many goddesses, exploring the possibilities of a she/them when facing today's urbanisation processes, intrusions of international capital and the grey zones of border crossing.
此行便圍繞「點點宣傳部」近期中越研究項目的部分關鍵詞展開：邊界、女性、經濟、民間信仰、情感等，串聯其中出現的人物及文化現象成為線索，從河內出發，沿著越南的東北部海岸線，最後跨境進入中國。「點點」的角色既是領隊也是勘探者，期望夥同旅行團的朋友一起沿路關注越南女性經往沿海到中國南部務工的經驗和情感，通過可能建立起的人情關係尋得此中行進區間，作為點點工作的下一站點，也歡迎隊友自帶相關的研究課題或創作項目。
This trip will focus upon some key topics gleamed from • • PROPAGANDA DEPARTMENT'S recent research along the China-Vietnam border, including: marginalisation, female, grey economies, folk belief and affect. Beginning in Hà Nội, we will travel along the northeastern shore of Vietnam, following the paths of particular female figures and cultural phenomena as we cross the border and eventually enter back into China. • • PROPAGANDA DEPARTMENT will serve as both explorers and tour guides, and your participation as fellow travellers and teammates will follow the affective experiences of certain Vietnamese women who travel similar routes along the coast to find work in southern China. Our exact travel routes will be determined by these links between individual ties, labour and industrialisation. Participants are also welcome to introduce their own research topics and/or creative projects as propositions for particular sites of exploration along the journey.

「旅行社第二回」承諾不收取團費、導遊費，此行程安排廣州及目的地的免費往返直通高鐵票／飛機票，或與之同等價值的差旅費。團友需要自理行程中的住宿費用、餐費及其他消費。
Travel Agency Project Round 2 promises not to charge any tour expense or guide fee. We provide free round-tripair tickets/high-speed rail tickets between Guangzhou and the destination, or travel expense of the same value. Participants need to pay for their own accommodation, meals and other expenses during the trip.

This is not a "regular" tourism, but a self-organizing art project. It could be slightly different from your expectation.
