在特殊的2020年，客人可以不出國門，依然體會純正西班牙風情。盛美利亞酒店是西班牙頂級奢華品牌，西班牙風情在盛美利亞酒店體現得淋漓盡致。中國的第二家盛美利亞酒店即成都盛美利亞酒店於今年9月正式開業。大酒店傳媒工作人員借著這次專訪機會感受正宗西班牙文化。酒店坐落於成都錦城湖公園二號湖區西北角，與公園內綠意盎然的景色及成都城市景觀完美融合，地處城南新中心，距離機場火車站及各大景點較近，無論對於商務客人還是旅遊客人來說，都是不二之選。

 

賽琳女士加入美利亞酒店集團已有20餘年，熟知美利亞酒店集團的品牌文化和內涵。這一次，她擔任成都盛美利亞酒店總經理，帶領我們探索這一奢華酒店背後的秘密。賽琳女士介紹道：「盛美利亞酒店品牌僅選址全球稀缺度假勝地或歷史文化地標，盛美利亞公爵大酒店位於西班牙馬德裡，德馬爾盛美利亞酒店坐落於西班牙馬略卡島，科隆盛美利亞酒店地處西班牙塞維亞，伊瓜蘇盛美利亞酒店入駐阿根廷，中國第一家盛美利亞酒店在西安落戶，隨後成都盛美利亞酒店作為全球的第14家盛美利亞酒店在成都盛大開業。」

說起西班牙餐飲，海鮮飯是代表，一份湯汁濃鬱的海鮮飯讓客人感受舌尖上的西班牙。Gran Via西班牙餐廳提供正宗的西班牙美食。「Gran Via西班牙餐廳名字來源於馬德裡一條知名繁華的街道，在這裡客人不僅可以通過食物來感受餐廳的魅力，還能通過西班牙的音樂表演，弗拉門戈舞定期展示及課程以及繪畫、烹飪等多方面感受西班牙熱情文化。成都盛美利亞酒店是成都第一家擁有正宗西班牙餐廳的酒店，我們來自西班牙的主廚和餐廳經理目標讓客人足不出國，也能身臨其境感受西班牙風情。我們不僅想把Gran Via餐廳打造成一個美食餐廳，更想讓它成為一個西班牙文化交流中心。」從賽琳女士言語中感受她對Gran Via餐廳的喜愛。

Strolling down a street in Spain, when the breeze slips by, you would feel the scent of autumn. The year 2020 is special, but it didn’t steal away your privilege to enjoy the authentic Spanish style. Gran Meliá, the top luxury hotel brand from Spain, fully reflects the charm of this country. Gran Meliá Chengdu is to open this September as the second Gran Meliá hotel in China. The Grand Hotels Media team toured to Chengdu for this exclusive interview, and took the chance to experience the authentic Spanish culture. Located in the northwest corner of the No. 2 Lake District of Jingcheng Lake Park in Chengdu, the hotel suits perfectly with the green scenery in the park and the bustling urban surroundings of the city. Gran Meliá Xi』an was our first operational Gran Meliá hotel in China that will now be complimented by the arrival of the Gran Meliá Chengdu, our 14th worldwide,」 said Ms. Céline.

Taking the ancient Sichuan Shu-style architectural design as inspiration, Gran Meliá Chengdu is an urban garden resort hotel with 265 guest rooms and suites, blending traditional culture with sumptuous fashion. Traditional Cantonese cuisine is as well available for you. In terms of Spanish cuisine, the representative paella with a deep flavor brings you directly to Spain. The Gran Via Spanish Restaurant serves authentic Spanish cuisine. 「The name of Gran Via is inspired from a very typical and bustling street in Madrid. Guests experiencing this restaurant will not only discover Spain through its culinary offering but also through activities such as Spanish music performance, flamenco dance demonstration and classes, cooking and painting workshops and so on. We will be the first real Spanish restaurant in Chengdu where a Spanish Chef and a Spanish Restaurant Manager will bring the guests to Spain. Gran Via aims to be not only a restaurant but a cultural center showcasing the Spanish culture in Chengdu,」 Ms. Céline said.
