In the picture, cigarettes were put together to form a phrase "THE END", which vividly implies the habit of smoking does a great harm to people's happy life. Smoking poses a potential danger to both the smokers themselves and the non-smokers who breathe in the secondhand smoke, which is even more harmful.
China has a large smoker population. To make things worse, the people who smoke have been on the rise on a daily basis. Some people, especially youngsters, pick up smoking because they think it's cool. The sad thing about all this is that many people, knowing smoking is a bad habit, still hold on to it.
