XIRR Calculator

XIRR (Extended Internal Rate of Return) calculates the annualized return rate for cash flows that occur at irregular intervals. Unlike IRR, which assumes periodic cash flows, XIRR can handle investments made at different times, making it perfect for SIP investments, mutual funds, and real-world investment scenarios.

Enter negative values for money going out (investments, purchases) and positive values for money coming in (redemptions, current value). Each cash flow must have a corresponding date. For example: -$1000 on Jan 1st (investment), -$500 on Feb 15th (additional investment), +$1800 on Dec 31st (current value).
