- Develop strategy and plan for lean manufacturingimplementation.

- Work with other functional leaders on building Leanculture.

- Facilitates and leads Lean projects aiming at wasteelimination, material flow optimization and process performance improvementsutilizing standard Lean tools and methodologies.

- Hands-on work attitude, being present on the shop-flooron a regular basis to provide assistance and guidance for daily operations inidentifying improvement opportunities and supporting Lean activities. Introducethe proper tools and training on lean manufacturing.

- Demonstrate understanding of a variety of lean and SixSigma tools. Provides training, coaching and mentoring to project leaders of Leanprojects at all levels, facilitates Lean training to project teams.

- University degree or above with major in Electrical ormechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related engineeringfield.

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the field ofleading and implementing Lean workshops, Kaizen activities in a manufacturingenvironment.

- Familiar with all common Lean tools, such as 6S, ValueStream Mapping, Standard Work, SMED, etc.

- Ability to train, coach and mentor others in utilizingLean methodologies and tools.
