What would you do if your replacement doesn't show Up?
Okay.I got you.I know whst to say 頂班 in English now!
It's time for me to clock off.But why hasn't my replacement (worker) shown up?
1) To replace someone or something
1. He will replace me while I'm on sick leave.
2.Remember this. It's important to make clear that you wouldn't just walk away if a team member doesn't arrive to replace you, leaving your post unattended.
4.If you keep No calls,No show-up again and again.I'll get a permanent replacement of you=get someone to replace you for ever= You'll get fired.
5.Will you replace me for the afternoon? I have to go to the hospital for my sick child.
2) a substitute
1.Look to see if your company has a policy stating that employees are required to find someone to substitute for them on sick days or when taking a holiday.
Okay.我們還有另外一個詞substitute=replacement
2. I need to find someone to substitute for me on sick days or when taking a holiday.
