近日，伯克希爾哈撒韋CEO、「股神」巴菲特宣布，已收購伊藤忠商事、丸紅、三菱商事、三井物產和住友商事這五大日本貿易公司略高於5%的流通股。大約12個月的時間裡，伯克希爾在東京證交所購買這些公司的股份累計價值達62.5億美元。
進行這些投資，「股神」意欲何在？有分析認為，對於巴菲特而言，選擇對日本貿易公司進行投資，一是因為這五家公司符合他一貫的選股審美。這幾家日本大型貿易公司都深入參與鋼鐵、船運、大宗商品等實體經濟，有些還涉及零售業，公司業務多元對巴菲特有很大吸引力。
而更重要的是，巴菲特可以藉助投資海外企業，降低公司投資組合對美國經濟的依賴度。隨著近期蘋果股價不斷飆升，蘋果股票在巴菲特持倉中的佔比已經接近50%。持倉過分集中顯然會帶來風險。
此外，在日本的額外投資也有助於巴菲特減少伯克希爾的現金儲備。截至6月底，伯克希爾的現金儲備達1466億美元。在全球央行普遍寬鬆的環境下，手裡現金越多意味著需要承擔貨幣貶值的風險越大。

LyondellBasell And Bora Kicks Off New Joint Venture Facility In Liaoning
世界領先的塑料、化工和煉油企業利安德巴賽爾工業公司與遼寧寶來企業集團於遼寧盤錦舉行合資公司成立暨合資工廠正式投產典禮。
LyondellBasell and China’s Liaoning Bora Enterprise Group announced the establishment and start-up of their new joint venture polyolefin complex in the Liaoning province of northeastern China.
該50：50合資公司命名為寶來利安德巴賽爾石化有限公司（BLYB）。該工廠採用利安德巴賽爾授權的聚丙烯技術和聚乙烯技術。
The 50:50 joint venture (JV) will operate under the name Bora LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (BLYB). The BLYB complex utilizes LyondellBasell’s industry-leading polypropylene technologies along with the company’s Hostalen ACP polyethylene technology.
寶來利安德巴賽爾工廠擁有年產能110萬噸的乙烯裂解裝置和相關聚烯烴衍生品裝置，主要產品包括80萬噸/年聚乙烯、60萬噸/年聚丙烯等。
The facility includes a 1.1 million metric ton per annum flexible naphtha / LPG cracker and associated polyethylene production capacity of 800,000 metric tons per annum and 600,000 metric tons per annum of polypropylene.
利安德巴賽爾工業公司CEO鮑勃·帕特爾表示，「中國市場的聚烯烴需求已逐步從疫情的影響中恢復且呈現長期增長趨勢，這對此合資項目是一大利好。寶來利安德巴賽爾整合了利安德巴賽爾和寶來的全球領先技術和豐富的行業經驗，將滿足中國市場對聚烯烴產品日益增長的需求。」
「Demand for polyolefins has returned in China after the pandemic-related economic slowdown earlier in the year and the long-term growth trends are very favorable for this project,」 said Bob Patel, CEO of LyondellBasell.
特斯拉擬增發50億美元股票
Tesla To Sell Up To $5 Billion In Stock
據外媒報導，特斯拉於美東時間本周二表示，將發售高達50億美元的新股。
Amid Tesla said Tuesday it will sell up to $5 billion in new stock.
特斯拉在提交給美國證券交易委員會的一份文件中表示，增發的股份將「不時」以「市價」出售。該公司表示，銀行將根據特斯拉的指令出售股票。
The additional shares will be sold 「from time to time」 and 「at-the-market」 prices, Tesla said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It said banks will sell shares based on directives from Tesla.
特斯拉表示，「我們計劃將此次發行的淨收入，用於進一步增強我們的資產負債表，以及一般的公司用途。」
「We intend to use the net proceeds, if any, from this offering to further strengthen our balance sheet, as well as for general corporate purposes,」 Tesla said.

Through Monday’s close, the electric car maker has gained nearly 500% in 2020.

SUEZ NWS recently signed a number of design, engineering and supply of equipment and technical service contracts worth over RMB 500 million.
其中包括向江蘇連雲港和山東煙臺兩個化工園區提供汙水處理設備與全流程技術服務。
These contracts include the supply of wastewater treatment equipment and full-process technical services for two chemical parks: Lianyungang of Jiangsu and Yantai of Shandong provinces.
並為陝西、四川及內蒙古等省市提供市政與工業汙水處理設備供貨及技術服務。
They also include the supply of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment equipment and technical services in other provinces like Shaanxi, Sichuan and Inner Mongol.
在煙臺萬華工業園，蘇伊士新創建為全球化工50強企業萬華集團，提供綜合廢水處理裝置及濃水深處理裝置全流程工藝包。
In Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park, SUEZ NWS provides Wanhua Group, a Global Top 50 chemical company, with integrated wastewater treatment units and a full-process suite for the tertiary treatment of concentrated wastewater.
項目預計將削減COD排放量1.3萬噸/年，碳減排3,930噸/年，並能在減少碳排的同時節省運行成本，每年節約電力達681,895千瓦時。
The project is expected to cut COD emissions and reduce carbon emissions by 13,000 tonnes and 3,930 tonnes per year respectively, whist reducing operating costs and electricity consumption by 681,895 kWh every year.
在連雲港徐圩新區石化產業園，蘇伊士新創建為世界500強盛虹集團提供高效的全流程水處理工藝包設計、設備和材料供貨及技術服務。
At the Lianyungang Petrochemical Industrial Base in Xuwei New District, Lianyungang, SUEZ NWS provides a full-stage water treatment solution, along with equipment and technical services to Shenghong Group, a Fortune 500 company.
該項目應用創新的「嵌入式汙水處理廠」理念，以「廢」制「廢」，實現變廢為寶，預計每年可減少碳排8,123噸。
The solution turns waste into resources and it is projected to reduce carbon emissions by 8,123 tonnes a year.

據外媒報導，沃爾瑪將於9月15日推出備受期待的會員計劃。
Walmart will launch its much-anticipated membership program on Sept. 15.
沃爾瑪+會員可享受無限次免費送貨服務，每加侖汽油可享受5美分折扣，以及使用Scan & Go應用程式買單，以節省排隊結帳時間。
Walmart+ members will get unlimited free delivery, discounts of as much as 5 cents a gallon for fuel and access to a Scan & Go app that allows shoppers to skip the checkout line.
但前提是消費需滿足35美元的最低在線訂購金額才能享受免運費服務，且需繳納98美元的會員年費。
But they will still have to meet a $35 minimum for each online order to avoid fees. It will cost $98 a year.
沃爾瑪首席客戶主管珍妮·懷特塞德表示，公司希望藉此加深已在其4,700多家美國門店和其網站上購物的顧客的忠誠度。
Walmart Chief Customer Officer Janey Whiteside said the company wants to deepen loyalty among those who already shop at its more than 4,700 U.S. stores and on its website.
