近日,萬豪國際集團任命龍麥克先生(Mr. Michael Lunn)為區域總經理,全面負責金茂北京威斯汀大飯店及北京金茂萬麗酒店的整體運營和戰略發展工作。
來自澳大利亞的龍麥克先生擁有超過25年豐富的國際酒店管理經驗,並效力於萬豪國際中國區14年之久。曾先後任職於北京金茂萬麗酒店、武漢光明萬麗酒店總經理及杭州JW萬豪酒店,杭州武林萬怡酒店駐店經理。作為萬豪北區多家酒店新任總經理的導師,龍麥克先生尤其注重人才管理與培養,憑藉卓越的領導力、洞察力以及對酒店市場的獨到見解,在2018榮膺金茂酒店集團年度總經理殊榮。同時,龍麥克先生作為萬豪國際中國北區商務委員會主席,積極帶領北區商委會推廣企業文化並投身慈善事業。

Marriott International recently announced the appointment of Michael Lunn as Cluster General Manager of The Westin Beijing Chaoyang and Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotels, taking responsibility of the hotels future commercial and strategic positioning.
Michael, from Australia is a hospitality veteran with over 25 years』 hotel management experience, and has been working for Marriott International in China for 14 years. His recent assignments include General Manager of Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel, Renaissance Wuhan Hotel, Resident Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou and Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin. Michael is a strong believer in talent development, and he has been taking on the role of Mentor for General Managers in North China by sharing his expertise and hotel managerial know-how in his career. Michael was awarded 2018 General Manager of the Year for the JinMao Hotel Division. Michael is also the current Chairman of the Marriott North China Business Council. He has successfully made achievements on many initiatives related to Marriott’s culture and Yao Foundation charity.
