Dibaocha來自奈及利亞，在廣州從事外貿生意，熱愛中國、熱心公益的他，已經在富力半島社區居住了10多年了。
疫情爆發以來，Dibaocha除了積極配合松洲派出所開展疫情防控志願工作，他還耐心向外國人同胞宣傳中國政府的防疫政策，告訴大家，政府是為了保護大家的健康安全。
隨著新冠病毒在全球蔓延，歌手出身的Dibaocha在參與防疫志願服務的過程中，萌生了創作一首全球抗疫歌曲的想法，並第一時間將這一想法告訴了自己的工作夥伴，同樣熱愛音樂的松洲派出所民警鄭家峰、蔡春蘭。
