「 國匯工業園位於廣東省示範性產業轉移工業園開平市翠山湖新區，由開平市國匯投資有限公司投資建設，總佔地面積260畝，建築面積約20萬㎡.共30幢廠房，現全面招租。
國匯工業園以建設高檔標準廠房為主，配套一幢約10000㎡的服務中心大樓，標準廠房為兩至三層混凝土結構，按電子電器、紡織服裝、五金機械等行業需求設計。
The park is in Kaiping Cuishanhu New District of the Demonstration Industrial Transfer Park of Guangdong Province and is constructed by Kaiping Guohui Investment Co.， Ltd.， with a total land occupation of 260 mu and a building area of about 200，000㎡. All its 30 factory buildings are for rental now.
The park consists mainly of high-standard factory buildings， which have 2 or 3 floors in concrete structure and are designed to meet the needs of the industries of electronics， electric appliances， textile and apparel， hardware and machinery， plus a service center building of about 10000㎡.「
【交通基礎設施情況 Transport Infrastructure】
園區位於開平市翠山湖新區中心地帶，開陽高速公路和325國道複線橫貫新區全境，離高速公路出入口僅1公裡，到廣州只需1.5小時，深圳2小時，澳門2小時，香港2.5小時，距開平市中心8公裡。規劃中的新廣鐵路在新區西邊穿過，且設有貨運站。根據省最新的域際軌道交通建設方案，距離新區南端約5公裡處建設一條域際軌道與珠三角連接。
The park is at the heart of Cuishanhu New District of Kaiping， with Kaiping-Yangjiang Expressway and National Highway 325 running through the district. The park is only 1km away from the inlet/outlet of the expressway and 8km away from the downtown area of Kaiping. It will take only 1.5 hours to travel from the park to Guangzhou， 2 hours to Shenzhen， 2 hours to Macao and 2.5 hours to Hong Kong. Xinhui-Guangzhou Railway that is being planned now will run through the west of the new district and have a cargo transportation station in the district. According to the latest plan of the province for construction of interregional rail transport， an interregional rail will be built 5km at the southern end of the new district to connect with the Pearl River Delta.
