高能預警：Spoiler alert
spoiler的意思就是劇情介紹，英文解釋是：information that you are given about what's going to happen in a film/movie/TV before it is shown to the public. spoiler alert就是提醒你好戲馬上到來。
也有人說「高能預警」可以翻譯為trigger warning。來看劍橋釋義：a statement at the beginning of a piece of writing, before the start of a film, etc., warning people that they may find the content very upsetting or distressing, especially if they have experienced something similar.
英文中trigger warning可以理解為「觸發警報」「預警」，是一種對恐怖、恐懼等能夠引起不良回憶和不適感的提前警示，讓人們在觀看前有所準備。但「高能」也不僅僅是指血腥、暴力、讓人distressing或者upsetting的東西，所以翻譯為trigger warning只能對了一半。最多叫做觀者自酌。我還記得大學當時看當紅美劇Prison Break《越獄》時，片頭會有一個特別性感的聲音說：Viewer Discretion is Advised. 請謹慎觀看。
查閱urban dictionary, 對spoiler alert的解釋是：crucial elements 這個crucial 恰好包含高能的含義。
