Neil 要和菲菲一起錄一期節目，但怎麼也找不到菲菲。他說他在"all over the shop"找菲菲？這是什麼意思？聽節目，學習一個常用英式俚語表達。

OK. Not again. Why oh why is Feifei late for the studio this time? Seriously… Right, that does it. I'll give her a call. Great. Let me go out and take a look. Feifei? Feifei! Where are you? Where has she gone? Oh, is that…? There she is!

Feifei:
Oh, hi, Neil.

Neil:
Where have you been? I've been looking all over the shop for you!

Feifei:
你找我了？什麼？All over the shop? 我沒去商店啊，我去廁所了。

Neil:
Thanks for the information.

Feifei:
好了，你打住。其實我知道 "all over the shop" 的意思。這個表達的意思是「到處都是，哪兒都是，everywhere」。剛才 Neil 說 "he has been looking all over the shop for me" 的意思就是「他到處找我」 。

Neil:
Well, I'm just glad I've found you. Now we can finally start the programme and explain our expression: "all over the shop". Ah, we've already done that.

Feifei:
是的，這個表達的意思是「到處」。請聽幾個例句。

Where were you? We looked all over the shop for you.

He left his dirty washing all over the shop. Our house was a real mess!

I spilled wine all over the shop when I tried to open that bottle. Oops.

Feifei:

Neil:

Feifei:

Neil:
And you yourself can also be all over the shop — describing someone who is forgetful or disorganised. Though, not you, of course, Feifei.

Feifei:
我可從來沒有 all over the shop。

Neil:
