基礎醫學院是國家教育體制改革小組批准的17所國家試點學院之一，也是唯一的醫藥類試點學院，獲國家人力資源和保障部、教育部聯合授予的「全國教育系統先進集體」。

導師隊伍學緣結構優，年輕富有活力，青年導師均具有海外學習和工作經歷，以院士、長江學者、傑青、優青獲得者等為代表的高層次人才佔比高。在基礎醫學和生物醫藥領域開展前沿創新研究，產出多項原創性成果，連續四年以第一和通訊作者單位在Cell、Nature、Science等頂尖期刊發表論文多篇。2019年基礎醫學院獲餘杭區政府支持，成立浙江大學基礎醫學（餘杭）創新研究院，加快推進創新成果的轉化和應用。

基本條件

1. 已取得醫學、生物學、藥學、生命科學或相關專業的博士學位。

2. 具有良好的科學素養、事業心、責任感和團隊協作精神。

3. 具有良好的英文閱讀、寫作和口頭交流能力。

4. 年齡35周歲以下，身體健康，外籍博士可放寬至40歲。

待遇和資助

1. 構建學校、合作導師、學院（系）以及社會於一體的學科博士後資助體系，實施分類資助。

2. 特別資助：世界排名前100高校畢業的博士、海外知名高校畢業的外籍博士及其他特別優秀的博士，學校最高可給予每年20萬元的資助。另加合作導師和所在院系資助，應發年薪可達30萬元。

3. 重點資助：外籍博士和海外知名高校、國家「雙一流」建設高校或優勢學科畢業的博士，學校給予每年10—12萬元的資助。另加合作導師資助和所在院系資助，應發年薪可達18-25萬。

4. 海外學術交流機會，提供租金優惠的教師公寓；學校繳納相應事業養老、醫療等社會保險。

招收學科和方向

人體結構與功能，細胞生物學，生物物理學，幹細胞與再生醫學，感染與免疫學，藥理學與新藥研發，合成生物學，分子腫瘤學，遺傳學與生物化學，病理與病理生理學，神經生物學和腦醫學等，以及相關的交叉學科方向。

1. 博士後進站 3 個月內開題，同時可申請助理研究員職務。

2. 博士後在站時間滿 3 年或一站期滿出站直接進二站並滿 1 年 的，可申報高級專業技術職稱。

Our Advantages

We operate a tiered postdoctoral funding system for full-time postdoctoral researchers, combining the funds of the University, the supervisor and the college (department).

PhD graduates from the world’s top 100 universities and colleges, foreign PhD graduates from top overseas universities or other outstanding PhD graduates will be provided ￥200,000 annually by the university, and it should reach above ￥300,000 annually with the fund from the supervisor and the college.

2. Other benefits

(1) Apartments with preferential rent are available;

(2) Social insurance including endowment and medical insurance shall be covered by the university.

3. Research time

According to the needs of reseach projects, the length of employment time is flexible from 2 to 6 years, which should be defined in the agreement.

4. Access to senior professional title

Full-time postdoctoral researchers who work in our university for 3 continuous years can apply for the university’s senior professional title.

Responsibilities

1. He/She who holds this position will mainly engage in scientific research, and is expected to complete the research tasks as proposed.

2. He/She will need to apply for China Postdoctoral Science Funding or other funding according to innovative research needs, and publish research articles in domestic and international advanced journals.

Requirements

1. Age: under 35 years old (under 40 for freign applicants);

2. A PhD degree;

3. Good academic research capability.
