近日，美國密蘇裡州宣稱中國的疫情應對使其蒙受了巨大經濟損失，要起訴中國。
對此，中國外交部發言人耿爽已作出公開回應，指出這些所謂的訴訟純屬是惡意濫訴，是向中國甩鍋、推責，這是解決不了美國自身存在的問題的。
