When you are talking about how often something happens, there are many expressions to describe the mid ground between often and occasionally.
Here are ten phrases.（英語裡有許多表達某件事發生的頻率的短語，下面的十個短語可以隨時拿來使用）

1-fairly often...
2-more often than not...
3-(at least) half the time...（1，2，3用來表示「經常發生」）
4-almost every other day...(4用來表示「幾乎每隔一天」)
5-several times a week / a year（5用來表示「一年或者一周幾次」）
6-every so often...
7-now and then...
8-from time to time...
9-once in a while...（6，7，8，9用來表示「偶爾」）
10-on a good day...（10表示不經常發生）
How To Use These Phrases In Your English（用法如下）
Phrases 1, 2, and 3 are quite positive. When we use 'at least' with phrase 3 it means more than half of the time.（1，2，3都表示經常發生。3使用『at least』表示多於一半的時間）
Phrase 4 means a little less than half the time.（4表達是說少於一半的時間）
In Phrase 5, several sounds quite positive. It means a number more than 3. It also says that 3 times a week is often.（5是說多於3次，一周三次也表達經常發生的意思）
Phrases 6, 7, 8, and 9 are less often. they are similar in meaning to 'occasionally'.（6，7，8，9是說不經常發生，等同於「有時」。
Phrase 10 suggests that something doesn't happen very often but that when it happens, it's a good thing.（10是說某事不經常發生，但是一旦發生便是好事）
