Noting that globalization is closely linked to human destiny, Jin said the AIIB, initiated by President Xi Jinping, has always adhered to the principles of openness, inclusiveness and cooperation.
金立群表示，全球化讓人類命運緊密相連。習近平主席倡導成立的亞投行從孕育、誕生到發展，始終秉持開放、包容與合作的原則。
By investing in infrastructure and other productive sectors, he said the bank helps strengthen economic ties within Asia, as well as between Asia and other regions, including Africa, Europe and Latin America, and contributes to high-quality Belt and Road Initiative infrastructure projects.
他表示，亞投行通過基礎設施和其他生產性領域的投資，進一步加強亞洲與非洲、歐洲和拉美地區的經濟聯繫，為建設高質量的「一帶一路」基礎設施項目貢獻力量。
Jin said the bank will continue to support African members in improving infrastructure connectivity, and transforming and upgrading their economies through sustainable infrastructure investments. Such efforts will help African countries achieve broad-based economic and social development, he added.
亞投行會進一步利用自身資源，幫助非洲國家改善基礎設施互聯互通，優化經濟結構，特別是支持綠色基礎設施項目，以提升非洲國家在全球價值鏈的地位，實現經濟的可持續發展。

He is confident in the future of China-Africa cooperation and expects the Belt and Road will play a better role in connecting central Africa. He believes that the new multilateral mechanism is an important path for cooperation between China and Africa and a positive response to the development of the times.
高大偉對中非合作的未來充滿信心，並期待「一帶路」建設更好地發揮連接中非的作用。他認為，新型多邊機制是中非未來合作的重要路徑，是對時代發展課題的積極回應。
