go-to+名詞：你平時常做的事情或平時常規的選擇
eg.
go-to wine：It means that you always choose because you know it’s delicious and it’s my best choice.
你常喝的酒，因為你知道這酒好喝，是你的最佳選擇。

go-to dish: It means what you usually cook because you know how to do it and it’s easy.
