奧斯陸大學(http://www.uio.no)成立於1811年，校址在首都奧斯陸。奧斯陸大學是挪威最大最古老的一所大學，也是一所重要的學術院校。奧斯陸大學有8個學院，56個系，還有許多診所，研究中心和博物館。奧斯陸大學曾培養了4名諾貝爾獎的得主，這顯示了他研究的實力。該校在2018年上海交通大學世界大學學術排行榜上位於第62位。
奧斯陸大學現設有8個學院，即神學院、法學院、醫學院、人文學院、數學與自然科學學院、牙科醫學院、社會科學學院和教育學院。其中神學院為歷史最悠久的學院，而成立於1996年的教育學院則是最年輕的學院。附設植物園、北歐古代文物珍藏館、古幣陳列室，以及植物學、人種學、礦藏與地質、古生物學、動物學等博物館。經費由國家提供，免收學費。
英文授課的碩士項目：
♦相關專業學士學位（必須本科已經畢業的學生才可以申請，大四在讀學生不能申請的），雅思6.5以上或託福90分及以上
♦碩士項目後面的數字是1為一年制，2為兩年制
♦申請時間為10月1日至12月1日，開學時間為8月
♦全部課程免費，每學期註冊費500挪威克朗（大約70歐元）
