主題解讀

2020是非同尋常的一年。交錯紛繁的關係，瞬息萬變的格局，經濟、政治、科技的變化與發展，使得原有的秩序被打破，個體和組織主動或被動地在摸索中加速重構。變局之下，新的要求和挑戰同樣也帶來了新的機遇。經過春夏兩季的蟄伏，秋季學期迎來了轉型時機，建立新型合作夥伴關係，採用新技術適配全新的授課需求，教會學生知識的同時，更要讓他們具備應對挑戰的能力。

北京大學光華管理學院攜手「未來領導者」國際本科項目合作院校當中的八所全球頂尖商學院，包括加拿大皇后大學、新加坡國立大學、法國ESSEC商學院、西班牙IE商學院、ESADE商學院、義大利博科尼大學、波蘭華沙經濟大學和巴西FGV大學商學院，共聚「雲端」，聯合舉辦「變局之下，商學教育的轉型之路」線上論壇。您將聽到來自亞洲，歐洲，北美和南美的商學院院長的聲音，了解變局之下的他們正在做出的努力，共同探討如何調整商學院教育模式。

Event Description

Last semester, we were all forced to find coping mechanisms to deal with uncertainty and rapid change. Yes, part of this was due to COVID, but there are also broader economic shifts, political shifts, technological shifts, and other factors contributing to the uncertain environment we all face. As we move beyond the stopgap measures we employed to keep our programs running in the Spring and Summer, this Fall semester marks an opportunity to consciously build new kinds of partnerships, integrate new technology into our programs, and adapt what we teach our students so they are equipped to lead through these challenges.

Peking University's Guanghua School of Management and eight partner schools of Guanghua's "Future Leaders" International Undergraduate Double-Degree Program from Bocconi University, ESADE Business School, ESSEC Business School, FGV EAESP, IE Business School, Queen's University (Smith), NUS Business School and SGH Warsaw School of Economics will host a virtual forum entitled "A Path Forward: Leveraging Change to Transform Business Education", share what they are doing to ensure the education we provide as business schools remains both relevant and impactful in the face of disruptive uncertainty and change.

「未來領導者」項目介紹

「未來領導者」國際本科項目旨在以世界水平的本科管理學位教育為全球化新時代培養國際領導者。被項目錄取的中國優秀學生在光華學習兩年之後，將與從合作院校選拔出的各國青年才俊，共同在光華度過第三、第四學年，進行「書院制」的學習與實踐，深入理解中國與世界。首屆「未來領導者」項目學生於2020年秋季學期入學。
