Go on a shopping spree 或go on a shopping binge
去瘋狂購物，去「掃貨」
名詞spree是指短時間內物質上的享受或放縱，而名詞binge則指更加沒有節制的飲食或花錢行為。
I have a massive urge to go on a shopping spree even though I am a bit short at the moment.
我有去瘋狂購物的強烈衝動，雖然目前我手頭比較緊。
Sam’s shopping spree was cut short when he found out he had spent over his credit limit.
當Sam發現他已經透支自己的信用卡額度時，不得不停止他的瘋狂採購。
Splash out 或 splurge out
大肆揮霍
這兩個動詞詞組的意思都是「大肆花錢、揮霍」，尤指購買奢侈品。可直接加錢數表示「揮霍了多少錢」。也可以加on something表示「在某個事物上火了一大筆錢」。Splurge out中的介詞out可省略。
We have to warn her before she splashes out on another bag.
我們得在她花大價錢買下一個包之前提醒提醒她。
Now that they』ve won the lottery, they can splurge on as many luxury cars and goods as they want.
既然他們已經贏了彩票，現在就可以隨著性子狂買豪車和奢侈品了。
Money burns a hole in your pocket.
一有錢就想花出去。
這個表達類似於中文的「有錢燒得慌」，形容有錢不花就難受。
Push the boat out.
為某事花一大筆錢。
這個表達字面意思是「把船推出去」，實際指為了某個重要的場合或事情花一大筆錢。
Spend money like water.
花錢如流水，揮金如土。
表達「像流水一樣花錢」指揮金如土，常用來形容人肆意揮霍的習慣。
