日前,沃爾瑪在其一年一度的發展商大會上宣布,未來5-7年將在中國新開設500家門店和雲倉,包括沃爾瑪購物廣場、山姆會員商店、沃爾瑪社區店多個業態。除了開設新店,未來3年還將對200家現有門店進行升級改造。
這意味著沃爾瑪在中國的業務將增加超過一倍!1996年,沃爾瑪進入中國,至今已開出了400餘家門店。今年早些時候,為了應對中國本土競爭對手和在線零售商的激烈競爭,沃爾瑪就曾宣布計劃向中國業務投入超過10億美元(約合人民幣70億元)。2019財年第三季度,沃爾瑪在華銷售額同比增長6.3%,遠高於其在全球2.5%的增長率。
目前,中國消費市場保持著穩定增長態勢,但業態分化持續加劇。一方面,以大賣場、大型超市為代表的大店業態增長趨弱;另一方面,以便利店、社區店為代表的小店業態卻是一路高歌猛進。沃爾瑪表示,通過對體系的優化,以及考慮到業態的區別,未來有信心能夠應對中國市場的挑戰。

第一批中國製造的特斯拉電動汽車近日陸續抵達該公司的49個直營店。該公司在其微信公眾號上發布聲明稱,這些體驗中心為客戶提供相關信息和試駕機會。
The first Chinese-made Tesla (TSLA) cars started arriving recently in the company's 49 experience centers in China, which offer customers information and the opportunity to take a test drive, the car maker said in a statement posted to its WeChat account.
在致股東的信中,特斯拉表示,該工廠的建造成本比其在美國的Model 3生產工廠低約65%。
In a letter to shareholders, Tesla said the facility was about 65% cheaper to build than its Model 3 production plant in the United States.

CEO Elon Musk has described the factory, the first outside the United States, as the "template for future growth." In Shanghai, Tesla is targeting annual production of 150,000 units of the Model 3. It is reportedly sourcing batteries from Panasonic (PCRFF), as well as LG Chem and China's CATL.

Bloomberg announced a strategic global partnership with Bank of Communications Co. Ltd. (BOCOM). The partnership includes collaboration in areas including index development, financial data services, market-making and regulatory compliance, as BOCOM seeks to enter new international markets.
作為合作的重要內容之一,雙方將合作推出一隻聯合冠名的固定收益指數。
As part of the partnership, the two companies will develop a co-branded fixed income index for the China market.
此外,彭博還將為交通銀行提供全套買方技術解決方案,助力交通銀行資產管理業務的發展,並在人工智慧技術的應用和企業級數據業務領域探索合作。
In addition, Bloomberg will support BOCOM’s asset management business by providing a full suite of buy-side technology solutions, and explore collaborative projects around artificial intelligence and enterprise data.

Osram And AMS Reach Mergers Agreement
歐司朗宣布已與艾邁斯達成全面的企業合併協議,並建議其股東接受目前的收購要約。
Osram has concluded a comprehensive business combination agreement with ams and recommends its shareholders accept the current takeover offer.
歐司朗執行長Olaf Berlien表示:「經過密集的談判,我們已經就歐司朗及我們員工的未來這一議題,在許多決定性的框架條件上達成了一致。」
"After intensive negotiations, we have agreed on many decisive framework conditions for the future of Osram and our employees," said Olaf Berlien, CEO of OSRAM Licht AG.
此外,艾邁斯明確支持歐司朗的光電發展戰略,歐司朗品牌亦將出現在新集團的公司名稱上。
The strong Osram brand is to be reflected in the company name of the new group. The sensor specialist ams explicitly supports the photonics strategy of Osram.

The offer price of 41 euros per share in cash represents an appropriate valuation of the company from the point of view of the boards, as stated in the reasoned opinion.
