【簡介】
作為國內最早期的非營利、非政府的社會組織之一的「慧靈」 ，經過20多年的發展，先後在廣東、北京、陝西、青海、天津、重慶、湖南、甘肅和香港等省份直轄城市及特別行政區建立了服務，共有超出1000名16歲以上的心智障礙者在「慧靈」生活。
北京慧靈成立於2000年，採用社區化服務模式，使慧靈家庭（各服務站）如星羅棋布般，遍布在每一個有需求的社區裡。推廣應用這種服務模式的目的是使心智障礙者不凸顯其「特殊」而融於社會大眾的「普通」之中，從而使心智障礙者回歸社區，讓公眾了解他們、接納他們，營造和諧無障礙的平等社會環境。十幾年間，原本這個不為大家所熟知的「社區化模式」，在經過多年的實踐和總結後，逐一整理並形成一套具有深厚人文關懷和專業價值的系統服務方法和理論，在行業內廣為傳播和運用，並使數萬名心智障礙者離開封閉狀態回歸社會化生活。
About Huiling
Huiling, as the one of earliest NPO and NGO, with over more than 20 years』 development, has built 12 branches in different provinces and municipalities such as Guangdong, Beijing, Shanxi, Qinghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Hunan, Gansu and Hong Kong. Nowadays, there are more than 1000 people over 16 with intellectual and development disabilities in Huiling. The day centers and family groups of Huiling are scattered in different communities, allowing integration into 「the normal」 rather than 「being different」.

Mission：Improve the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities and their families. In addition, establish a model for taking care of people with intellectual disabilities that allows them to participate in a community, and replicate this model throughout China.
