複試快問快答篇,趕緊碼!!!

這類問題是導師經常會問到的，出現的概率是非常大的，答案可以是報考學校自己定的參考書目，也可以是影響自己深刻的書籍或著作，總之可以體現自己的人生觀、價值觀以及積極正向的能量就好。

這道題和上個題目差不多，能寫書的說明都不是等閒之輩，建議大家作中性回答，不帶個人主觀意見，可以就書中的一個觀點或一個片段進行闡述，如果導師剛好問到一個他不喜歡的著作或作者，你卻誇獎一番，估計就有問題了。當然為了取得複試面試高分，大家還需要在表達的邏輯性和表達的深度上有所加強。

此類問題是熱點類題目，除了社會熱點可能還會考查專業熱點，也是導師喜歡面試的題目類型之一，同學們回答時可參考如下幾個方面：
　　1）參考導師的研究方向，導師的研究方向反映了這階段他關注的焦點，面試的時候他的興趣點很可能與他的研究方向有關；
　　2）相關專業領域的權威期刊，對所報考導師的學術觀點、論文、專著應有較深的了解；
　　3）院校專業的研究方向，因為面試導師可能是院校知名專家學者。

特別提醒：如果你的觀點和導師的一致或者可以在他的基礎上有所創新，那他一定會對你留下不錯的印象。

在專業面試時，被問到不懂的問題不要慌張，不要不懂裝懂。一定要誠實，表示不是很了解。導師既然問了問題，表明導師對問題很了解，靠蒙是不能過關的。
　　所以最好在告訴導師不懂後，利用一定的面試技巧嘗試著對問題進行自己的分析和理解，這樣老師會感覺，這個學生虛心誠實，善於思考，也會給老師應急應變能力比較強的好印象。

第一種擴大答題範圍

如果老師問你：「你怎樣評價蕭紅的《呼蘭河傳》中的小團圓這個角色？」然後你不知道小團圓這個角色，那怎麼辦呢？

這種時候，千萬不要上來就說：「我不會。」你可以答《呼蘭河傳》，把自己知道的這本書相關的知識展示給老師。老師進一步提問你人物時，你再說自己沒有掌握太好，這樣老師至少知道你掌握了這本書的知識，只是對其中這個角色有所遺漏。

甚至於，如果你沒讀過《呼蘭河傳》，那怎麼辦？你可以答蕭紅這個作家。那如果蕭紅你知道的都很少，你可以再繼續回答蕭紅所屬的「東北作家群」這個群體的寫作風格。總之，原則就是要儘可能地把自己掌握的知識展露給老師，如果題目涉及的小範圍你不會就擴大答題的範圍答出你掌握的東西。

第二種轉移答題範圍

這是另一個解答思路，和前面大同小異。

同樣是「怎麼評價《呼蘭河傳》中的小團圓？」這個問題，你可以回答自己熟悉的書中其他角色，比如敘述者「我」的形象特徵。

上面講的雖然是文學專業的複試心得，不過這種方法是適用於所有專業的。說到底面試的意義就在於老師檢驗你的專業能力，由此判斷你是否適合讀他的研究生。而如果想讓老師看到你的專業能力，你只能主動去展示自己。

在複試這個節點，考生都很難做到老師問的每個知識點都完美回答，面對自己不會的問題去回答相關和相近的知識，也會在一定程度為你在老師眼裡的專業水平加分。

所以大家在複試前一定要運用面試技巧增強自己的考場應急應變能力。

這個問題是發難式提問。如："你本科的化學專業會對今後所研究的企業管理專業有何幫助呢？"大家應該從邏輯方法、思維習慣等上層角度去論證和應答，因為任何專業儘管其學科內容不盡相同，但研究問題的邏輯方法卻大致可共享並普適。

有的導師會問到類似的問題，有的同學聽到這就話的第一反應是我沒希望了。這個問題雖簡單，可是難度頗高，主要是測試你的沉靜與自信。比如：一個簡短、有禮貌的回答 "我能做好我要做得事情，我相信自己，能力足以在此方面有所特長"。根據自己的實際情況，好好想想怎麼說才具有最高說服力，說出自己的優勢，而不是停留在"我這次複試失敗中"。

複試中很多同學在回答失敗類問題時，回答方式很多樣，有的直接敘事，有的直接批判，有的有所收穫，導師想要聽的是你這次失敗的前因後果，而且主要是有個什麼樣的收穫，並在以後中會如何改變。導師要看的是不要以失敗的心態去面對問題，而是以積極的心態去面對問題。

該類問題旨在探尋學生的讀研目的，回答這些問題時，提醒大家實事求是上策，誠實坦蕩是要旨。
