outside，一般指在建築物等的周圍。比如「She is outside」是說她在辦公室外面，可能在外頭抽菸、聊天。eat outside 有點非正式，指不在屋內吃。除非是吃戶外大排檔，否則現在天還有點冷，eat outside 極有可能表達喝「西北風」。外面吃一般指（eat at a restaurant or at somebody else's home）用eat out會比較妥當①Oh, I eat out all the time. I hate to cook. I'm too lazy. ②It's a good idea to eat out once a while.
隔段時間在外面吃一頓真不錯。
