Responsibility:
Responsible for the strategic direction,leadership, planning and execution of the manufacturing operations. Theposition effectively and efficiently manages the development and direction ofthe operational team, drives productivity, quality and the growth of revenuewhile building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic planswith company operations. .
Management
Manage and improveoperation of the company to meet the demand of market
Coordinate the actionsaccording to the demand
Determine staffingrequirements.
Coordinate otherdepartments with the production (pricing, marketing, sales, and/or distribution of products)
Review and provide KBIs ona quarterly basis.
Manage and improve allaspects of Production Planning and Control (PPC), Product ConfigurationManagement (PCM), Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, ManufacturingEngineering and Production.
Improvement
Ensures efficiencyimprovement and targets.
Ensures quality targets
Ensure that, as the companygrows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customerrequirements for cost, quality, on-time-delivery and responsiveness.
Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvements
Others
Elaborate and manage budgetfor each operation section
Manage and review KPI’swith sections
WIP management
EHS/5S management
Experience:
Strong Engineering Background
A least 8~10 years』 experience in senior management in a Mechanic manufacturing and operations.
Successful achievements in lean manufacturing implementation
Extended knowledge of laws, regulations and cultures is a strong asset.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
