第三，政府對於博物館經營管理方面的完善，吸引了廣大遊客，因此參觀博物館人數增多。
作文第三段，可以呼籲讀者，博物館在一定程度上呈現著我們的歷史，我們應該了解並多多參觀博物館，並且在參觀過程中我們要注意參觀禮儀，文明參觀博物館。

The provided line chart clearly illustrates a tendency that the number of museum visitors witnessed a steady increase with the establishment of more museums. As is vividly reflected in the chart, the number of museum visitors started from 63,780,000 in 2013 and ended to 78,110,000 in 2015, while the sum of museums also experienced an increase from 4165 to 4697 over these two years. The positive correlation between these two increases is a thought-provoking phenomenon worth exploration.
The factors which might contribute to this correlation can be discussed from the following aspects. To begin with, with the establishment of more museums, there are more chances for people to visit museums. They are easily accessible to general public. The widespread availability of museums has thus brought about an interest in probing the history and the convention of our country. Moreover, it can be said without any exaggeration that the improvement of education arouses people’s attention to pursue a quality life with an attitude of cherishing culture and literacy.
Museums are great repositories of mankind’s historical artifacts and achievements in art. From them we can learn a great deal about the people of the past and their link to the people of the present. As what has been discussed above, we can safely make a predication that the upwards tendency of visiting museums will remain this momentum in the near future.

What is shown in the chart is the increasing number of the museum and the tourist from 2013 to 2015. During these years, the figure of museums experienced a gradual rise from 4.145 thousand to 4.692 thousand. With the increasing tendency, the tourist’s number was also rising considerably, which was from 6.378 billion to 7.811 billion.
What might contribute to the rising trend? I would like to lay emphasis on the reasons as follows. Among shaping factors, the most important one is that the development of the economy which results in more income for people. And it makes people more affordable for the payment of visiting museums. In addition, the government has issued a series of policies to promote the development of culture which makes museums more diversified and more abundant in quantity. And the increasing number of museum satisfies the diversified preference of people. And then, we must admit that more and more people would like to pursue spiritual and cultural experience. They are no longer content to be material demands.
Based on the data and discussions above, we can conclude that the chart is a reflection of our life. And it can be predicted that more and more Chinese citizens will visit more museums in the years to come.
