1.請簡單介紹下您自己，以及您為何從事禮儀培訓師這個職業？
Please briefly introduce yourself and why you become an etiquette trainer/tutor?
我是摩根，來自法國。我在世界各地的奢侈品行業和高端服務業工作了 12 年，特別是米其林餐廳、五星級酒店和私人豪宅。社交互動和人際技能始終是我的職業和個人生活的一個關鍵部分，我堅信良好的行為舉止和意識能在很多關鍵時刻讓你表現得比其他人更優秀。我曾經花很多時間為酒店和品牌培訓員工的思維模式和行為模式，期間我和學員們都很享受這個過程；這給了我動力使我能更多地學習、閱讀及理解禮儀禮節的真正含義，以便為大家提供最準確和更有有現實意義的培訓。
My name is Morgan Lotterie, I am French. I have been working for the past 12 years in the luxuryindustry especially fine dining restaurants, five star hotels and private households. Socialinteraction and interpersonal skills have always been a key part of my professional and personallife, I always noticed the right behavior at the right moment could open many doors and help youto stand out of others. I used to teach and train hotel staff about mindset and behavior and reallyenjoyed it; it pushed me to learn more, to read more, to understand more in terms of Etiquettesand protocol in order to provide the most accurate and meaningful trainings.
2.您認為中國禮儀培訓師禮儀培訓服務標準的起草對行業來說有什麼重要意義？What do you think is the significance of drafting Etiquette TTT Standard for Chinese etiquettetrainers for the industry?
如今——不幸的是——許多人把禮儀作為一種趨勢、或一種陳詞濫調、或一種純個人詮釋來教授。但對我來說，對未來的禮儀培訓師進行標準化的培訓，是傳播正確話術和分享關於「為什麼我們都應該了解禮儀」這個問題的正確答案的最好方式。禮節禮儀和修養都與文化發展有關，歷史事實有關，與人類重大的文明變遷有關，重要的是讓學員了解這些禮儀禮節都是從何而來，為何而來，以及如何演變，以便學員在教給他人之前，確切地理解為什麼這樣或那樣做是正確的。
These days –unfortunately- many people teach etiquettes and manners as a trend, a cliché, apersonal interpretation. Having a standardized training for future teachers is to me the best way tospread the right word and to share the right answers to 「Why we should all know etiquettes andmanners」. The protocol, the social etiquettes and the manners are all linked to historical facts, tomajor civilization changes, it is important for students to learn where this is coming from in orderto understand exactly why it is correct to behave this way or that way before teaching it to others.
3.作為標準起草組的副主任和核心骨幹，您計劃如何去推動禮儀培訓標準的建設和完善？As the deputy director and core backbone of the Etiquette TTT Standard drafting group, how doyou plan to promote the establishment and improvement of Etiquette TTT Standards?
在過去的三年裡，我在中國也一直這樣做的：保持我的初心，我的激情和我對那些願意讓自己成為更優秀的人的深深信念。我永遠不會教任何人如何表現得像一個國王或女王，因為這是毫無意義的，但我一定會教會人們如何在各種棘手的情況下，表現得更自信、更讓人仰慕與欣賞。我相信與人為善、尊重他人和利他主義的價值觀：這是我最推崇的，而禮儀是推廣這些重要價值觀的最佳工具及載體。
The same way I have been doing it for the past 3 years across China: With my heart, my passionand my deep belief in people willing to become a better version of themselves. I will never teachanyone how to behave like a King or a Queen as to me this is irrelevant, but I will for sure makepeople feel more confident, more impressive through others eyes in all kind of tricky situations. Ido believe in values such as kindness, respect and altruism: this is what I promote the most, andetiquettes are probably the best tool to promote these.
4.作為禮儀培訓師行業的先行者和資深導師，您對計劃參加禮儀培訓師學習的學員有什麼建議？As a pioneer and senior tutor in the etiquette training industry, what are your suggestions for thetrainees who plan to participate in the etiquette TTT study?
以身作則，且對受教於自己和相信自己的學生們保持謙虛及心懷感激。不要虛情假意，每天都可以從你的生活、書本、他人身上學習到新的東西。保持思想開放，把激情放在教學上，這才是關鍵所在！Teach by showing the best example, be humble and be grateful to students who listen to you andtrust your skills and knowledge. Don’t pretend and learn every single day from your personallife, from books, from people. Be open minded and put passion in your teaching method, this isthe key!
還有一個更行之有效的做法是：多與學生互動，向他們提問，組織角色扮演和各種場景演練；「從實操中學習」才是硬道理！On a more practical note: Interact with students, ask them questions, organize role plays andscenarios; 「learning by doing」 this is how it works!
