so that, such that是中考，高考的重點句型，對很多同學來說理解起來比較困難，本文將重點講解這兩個句型的區別，以便大家更好的理解這兩個句型。
...so that...用法
so that引導目的狀語從句時，翻譯成「以便，為了」，相當於in order to, 通常主句在前，從句在後，主句和從句之間沒有逗號隔開；在從句中往往有can, could, may, might等情態動詞，
They set out early so that they might arrive in time. (目的狀語從句)
他們很早就出發了，以便能及時到達。
...so...that...常見句型
引導結果狀語從句，翻譯成「如此...以至於」，so是副詞，用來修飾形容詞或者副詞，that後面是結果狀語從句。常見的句型結構：
1.so+形容詞/副詞+that…
2.so+形容詞+a/an+單數可數名詞+that…
3.so+ many(多) / few(少，表示數量) +複數可數名詞+that…
4.so+ much(多) /little(少,表示數量) +不可數名詞+that…
例句：
I am so busy that I have no time to go home;
我太忙了，沒有時間回家；
He ran so quickly that we all couldn't catch up with him.
他跑得很快，我們都追不上他。
Mike is so honest (a worker) that we all believe him;
邁克是如此誠實（一個工人），我們都相信他；
注意：a worker可以省略

5.特殊注意點：
that前的名詞有表示數量的many,much,few,little等修飾時，只能用so，不能用such.；
若名詞前的little解釋為"小(的)"意思時，則仍用such,而不能用so；
There is so little milk left that I have to get more
剩下的牛奶太少了，我得再買些；( little milk: 少量牛奶)
They are such little children that you can`t take care of them by yourself;
他們太小了，你不能一個人照顧他們；( little children: 小孩子)
such…that…常見句型
1.such+ a/an+形容詞+單數可數名詞+that…
2.such+形容詞+複數可數名詞+that…
3.such+形容詞+不可數名詞+that…
4.such+不可數名詞+that…
例句：
This is such an interesting book that we all enjoy reading it.

so..that, such...that的區別
so 從詞性上來講是副詞，後面可修飾形容詞/副詞；
such 從詞性上講是形容詞，後面可以修飾單數名詞，複數名詞，不可數名詞；
