年輕人換工作(原因+利弊)
Many young people choose to change their job after few years. What do you think are the reasons? Do the disadvantages outweigh the advantages?
許多年輕人選擇工作幾年後換工作。你認為原因是什麼呢?這種情況是否利大於弊?
這條題目是近兩年的熱門考題,在2018-06-07和2018-06-30都有考過,今年的12月12號又出現。可以想見,在未來兩年的雅思考試中,此題仍會頻繁出現,是同學們要進行重點準備的題目。
我們來分析一下這條題目。由於是混合題(有兩問),故要對兩個問題分別作答,不能厚此薄彼,不然會在雅思寫作四大評分項的TR(task response)一項上扣分。題目中對象詞為young people,分析時要從年輕人角度考慮,且要注意
年輕人的同義替換詞:the young;youngster; workplace rookies
換工作:change jobs;switch jobs;job-hopping

換工作的弊端
1. 頻繁換工作會讓HR認為該員工缺乏定性和忠誠度
too frequent job-hopping experience can be considered as lack of stability and loyalty in many the HR’s eyes .
2. 年輕人需要不斷適應新環境,這對他們來說是一種時間和資源上的浪費。
Some people may find it difficult to adapt to new environment ,witch easily leads to loneliness and frustration .constantly moving from one place to another is very costly and time-consuming .
