年輕人換工作（原因+利弊）
Many young people choose to change their job after few years. What do you think are the reasons? Do the disadvantages outweigh the advantages?
許多年輕人選擇工作幾年後換工作。你認為原因是什麼呢？這種情況是否利大於弊？
這條題目是近兩年的熱門考題，在2018-06-07和2018-06-30都有考過，今年的12月12號又出現。可以想見，在未來兩年的雅思考試中，此題仍會頻繁出現，是同學們要進行重點準備的題目。
我們來分析一下這條題目。由於是混合題（有兩問），故要對兩個問題分別作答，不能厚此薄彼，不然會在雅思寫作四大評分項的TR（task response）一項上扣分。題目中對象詞為young people，分析時要從年輕人角度考慮，且要注意
年輕人的同義替換詞：the young;youngster; workplace rookies
換工作：change jobs；switch jobs；job-hopping
文章框架outline：
I. Intro：改寫題幹+自我觀點句
II. Body 1：換工作的原因（兩點）

值得注意的是，此處主體段的利弊需與觀點句相對應。如寫利大於弊，則主體段好處可寫兩點，弊端寫一點；反之亦然。

Many youngsters are willing to work in diverse fields, which enables them to experience different ways of living and expand their social network.
換工作的弊端
1. 頻繁換工作會讓HR認為該員工缺乏定性和忠誠度
too frequent job-hopping experience can be considered as lack of stability and loyalty in many the HR’s eyes .
2. 年輕人需要不斷適應新環境，這對他們來說是一種時間和資源上的浪費。
Some people may find it difficult to adapt to new environment ，witch easily leads to loneliness and frustration .constantly moving from one place to another is very costly and time-consuming .
